Fantastic location! This home was clean and checked a lot of boxes. Easy to walk or bike. Close to pools and the beach. We had a wonderful time! There was only one item of note: the metal spiral staircase. I had no idea the whole bunk room was accessed with metal spiral staircase, which can be difficult with smaller children and older / elderly.

This house had everything we needed. And plenty of space for our 7 adults and 5 children! The open living space was efficient with 2 couches, so lots of room to all sit together on game night. The pool, the tennis courts, and the shopping experience are just steps away. Our older teens loved the bicycles!
