Condo was very comfortable for a family of four. 3 full baths! Very clean and updated. Gorgeous view of gulf and only one floor up from catwalk, so no elevator issues. Would definitely recommend, it was fabulous

The room was very nice and comfortable! We had an awesome view! Checking in and out for very easy and the staff was very friendly and welcoming! The host checked on us a couple of times throughout week. I would highly recommend this property!

The condo it self was great! Had all we needed. Loved that it was located near restaurants, shopping and grocery store. Ocean view was awesome! Kids liked the pools and little store that sold ice cream;)The elevators were the downside, long wait so were lucky we were only on 3rd floor, took stairs most times.

A beautiful and very clean condo that is furnished with everything you need. We enjoyed the chairs & umbrella beach service that came with the rental. Four Star Condo Rental’s communication was excellent and their customer service stellar! We so wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved this room. It was clean and exactly like what was shown. The elevators at Tidewater are not the best- they’re busy! BUT being on the 3rd floor we could easily go up and down the stairs if needed. Would like to book again in the future.

Condo on spot. Elevators horrible and long waits

Condo was very nice. Thankfully we were on the third floor and could use stairs. The elevators were horrible! Almost always used the stairs due to wait and overcrowding of people waiting and trying to get on them. Not even sure they were all working.

Great Stay

The property was very nice ,clean and very accommodating for everyone. It has an awesome view of the ocean. The only downside was elevator problems. Overall my family enjoyed and will return.

Bed Bugs

We discovered at 1am that the main bedroom had bed bugs. While we were given a refund for the room, there was little help in relocating us. We had to find our own new accommodations and wait 5 days for a refund. The only option we were given was to find a hotel at our own expense and we could return to the room in 3-4 days once the bed bugs were taken care of. We relocated at our own Expense. We had to wash all of our clothes and belongings. We were out the check in fee along with losing days of our trip. Horrible experience. Will not be back

We will be back!

This property had everything we needed for our week stay with our family. We appreciated the 2 beach chairs and umbrella daily, along with 2 chairs in the unit to take to the beach. There was more than enough bathroom towels and the kitchen was fully stocked for all our cooking needs. We also spent time at the two outdoor pools and loved the convenience of a Starbucks at the resort.This unit was also less than a mile away from Pier Park, so the walk along the beach was perfect. I usually like to stay at different places, but this is a unit we would like to visit again in the future!

Room was great ! Elevator suck!!!

Room was clean and comfortable! Great room with everything you need ! I hate to complain because it’s not the owner of this great room . But we want be back only half of the elevators work . Starting with the parking deck elevator had to wait 15 min to 40 minutes to get on. The front desk act like we was crazy . When we waited 1 hour before taking the stairs to get to the beach. Everyone that we ran into was complaining about the elevators and said they would not be back . I’ve been at places at the beach at this time of year. An I know you are going to wait but this was overwhelming . Seen a guy with disabilities that he said he had to wait a 1/45 mins to get the elevator and he couldn’t take the elevator because of his disability (sad). But for the owners of the room I give a 5 star . But the service of the resort not even worth a 0

Wonderful condo-perfect location

Fantastic condo right on the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It was perfect for our family of six. Very clean and nicely furnished. Building and grounds were very nice. Check-in was a breeze. Properly Management was very helpful. Would definitely rent this unit again.

An Excellent Place to Stay for the Month

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped unit right on the beach and in a great location. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. They proactively communicated with me and there was never a situation where I felt I needed to follow up on anything.
