This wonderful 19th floor (#1907) property boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a gulf front master bedroom that features balcony access and en-suite bath with tiled walk in shower. The guest bedroom has been updated with a king bed and full en-suite bath. The bunk room has twin bunks and its own TV for the kids. The fully stocked kitchen with open concept is perfect for entertaining and preparing meals without sacrificing views to the balcony overlooking the gorgeous waters of the Emerald Coast. We strive to provide a fully furnished, well stocked, vacation rental property that allows you to truly come and relax with all the amenities from home. A start up supply of paper products is provided as well.

*The condo has been updated with new tiled walk in shower in master bath, beautiful backsplash in kitchen and barn door for privacy in the bunkroom area.
