The location on the beach and view from this condo is amazing. Communication with the host was not great. The management, Book that Condo, is available 8 to 5 and if not during that time you will wait to hear back. There was bird droppings on the balcony that had been there awhile and some gunk on the balcony railing that will hopefully get cleaned sometime. Walls are thin. We heard everything outside on the street and the elevator close to our condo. All in all is served our purpose - to be at the beach! I know the owner can't change how thin the walls are and sound is loud inside but if not for that and the bird dung this would be 5 star. Beach was absolutely lovely. So easy to access! Make sure you get new code for pool and fitness room. They gave us wrong one, had to wait until 8 am next day to get new code, then month changed and had to call again for new code! That part of communication could be improved. People were all very friendly that worked on site.
