Weekend get-away

Grew up in Panama City. We came to visit and to attend my niece’s wedding in town. Great view, cute condo that met all our needs- just disappointed in the spring break crowd that was just ridiculous. I love pineapple Willie’s and we could not get near it. I’m sad to see PC beach still is inundated with trashy breakers.

Great vacation!

This condo provided everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, and the condo was especially roomy. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the two recliners. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Place

This was exactly as described. Its right on the beach and the the place is perfect for a family with the need for three bedrooms. We had a great time and plan to come back for our next vacation.

Everything about the condo was great. Our knock was on the condition of the bathrooms when we first arrived. The showers and the master toilet were not that clean. Overall a great vacation and we would recommend this rental

The Best Family Vacation with Views for Days

The condo was just as pictured and reviewed. The views from the property were absolutely stunning. The beaches were not over crowed here. It was perfect all the way around. I will definitely stay here again if we come back to Panama City Beach.

Great location

Beautiful condo on the beach. We enjoyed our stay. Parking across the street was easy to get to. Loved that they have security, they were very helpful when we had questions since there is no check in area.

Perfect Stay

The condo was a perfect location, walkable distance to bars and restaurants and right on the beach. The master bedroom was perfect with its own door access to the balcony to listen to the waves at night.

Great condo

The room was very nice and had plenty of room. The amenities were good. Wish there was more than one pool, but that is just a personal preference. Our overall experience was great.

Cleaning service needs to be replaced

When we arrived the condo had been cleaned but the cleaner failed to change the bed sheets. There was a period/blood stain on the master king bed and sand in the others. It was disgusting. After contacting management, the sheets were changed that evening. We also encountered a couple of HUGE cockroaches. I will not be staying at this location again:

Family fun

The condo was gorgeous and matches description perfectly. There were a couple of things that were broken prior to our arrival but I send a text and they had someone within 2 hrs their to fix it. Love love loved it

Great condo but poor service from property management.

The condo had more than enough room for our group of 10 people. Great location and ease to beach. However the last day our A/C went out. We called right after lunch and a service tech showed about 4-5pm. We left for dinner and arrived back to room with A/C out at 8pm with no call from management to let us know. We called and they said it couldn’t be fixed and they would bring over portable cooling units. Finally at 10pm a women showed up with 2 box fans like that would help. The women on the phone told us we could just leave the doors open since it was a nice night, but with 3 small children in the group that’s just not an option. Would have been nice if they called us while we was out eating so we could make a game plan.

Love this place!

The condo is everything! I love being right off thr beach! The tub in the master bedroom jets worked very well to the point I wanted to fall asleep! The bedroom were beautiful and the master bedroom had a beautiful view! I will always come back here! The only issue I had was not knowing where to park until I called the manager. The parking is across the street which wasn't bad at all! You will not be disappointed so please come visit! Thank you realjoy for always texting, emailing, and calling me back just to make sure our vacation was perfect! I truly enjoyed!

Spring break 2021

We loved the condo! It’s very roomy and has everything you almost need. There wasn’t any extra blankets so you might want to bring an extra and we were short some sheets. Overall we had a great time. I would stay here again just not during spring break. Great location for Fall.
