First the good stuff: Condo is beautiful & the furnishings are very nice. Kitchen is well stocked. Balcony view is FANTASTIC! Host is easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly. Master bed was comfortable (just two of us so we only used the one bedroom). TV in every room. The condo is next to Miller pier. The pier is clean and folks are friendly. 6.00 a day to fish and 1/2 off for Vets, seniors and first responders. Tackle & bait available in the bait shop.Now the stuff I didn’t like: This has NOTHING to do with the condo, the host or the condo building itself. It’s a PCB problem and I only mention it because it did detract from our visit. During the week, we noticed a lot of activity in the parking lot next to the condo and up and down Front Beach road. There were people in rented scooters, golf carts, trike motorcycles, cars, and trucks rolling up and down the road - blasting music & yelling. At one point they took over the parking lot between the condo building and the pier (alcohol, weed, trash etc). The police did their best to mitigate this activity with saturation patrols & I saw them sweep the parking lot on Friday night to clear the crowd out. Even so, the activity continued and increased exponentially on Friday and Saturday night. If you’d like to know more Google “PCB take over” and see what I’m talking about. Locals said it was supposed to be only during spring break, but it was still going on during our visit. Not a deal breaker, just a heads up.
