A partir del 21/10 y hasta el 13/12, la piscina Lagoon y la piscina East Polynesian estarán cerradas por mantenimiento. La piscina oeste, ubicada entre las torres 3 y 4, permanecerá abierta.

Imagine comenzar sus tan esperadas vacaciones entrando en este impresionante condominio del piso 11 en la Torre Tres, ¿puede mejorar mucho? Disfrute de este espacioso condominio de 1400 pies cuadrados con vista al mar desde el piso hasta el techo desde todas las habitaciones, o salga a su enorme balcón privado para ver a los delfines jugar a lo largo de 1300 pies de playa de azúcar blanca. Este condominio tiene características de vida de lujo en su mejor momento, decoradas en el estilo de las "Indias Occidentales". Hay una cama King en el dormitorio principal con un colchón con una capa de acolchado adicional y dos camas Queen en la habitación de invitados, junto con un sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar. El dormitorio principal tiene una nueva pantalla plana de 32 ", el dormitorio de invitados tiene un nuevo televisor montado en la pared de pantalla plana de 32" y la sala de estar tiene una nueva pantalla plana de 40 ". Ambos baños tienen grandes bañeras de mármol con cerramientos de vidrio y tocadores dobles de mármol. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario. The condo lay out was very nice, spacious and clean! The view was amazing with the tall windows. This unit is located in tower 3 and their is construction going on for the beach access therefore we had to walk to another tower to get onto beach. Was not aware of this going on when booked, otherwise great unit, location and stay.

What a fun family trip we had to Panama City Beach! This condo gives you the best of both worlds, direct beach access or use of their lovely pools- which we were grateful for, because the ocean was pretty rough most of our stay. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and everything was so tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed, though there could be more silverware. The condo was fairly clean, but needed a good mopping, as the floors left the soles of our feet black from the first day. Minor inconvenience in the scheme of things though. We had a great week!

Very beautiful condo and nice perk to have beach chairs available. Only thing negitive is more towels are needed and blanket for bed.

Wonderful Views!!

Property was just like the pictures. Balcony was our favorite part of the property. We had a little hiccup when we first arrived to get into the condo, but was able to communicate right away with the property manager and the problem was solved right away. Would suggest a few baking dishes/cookie sheets/ pizza pan. Overall would stay again.

Perfect location and accommodations. Only thing I did not like was security at the pool does not allow anything to drink within 4 feet of the pool and states it is a FL law which not intrude! They harass the guest constantly, even a bottle of water is not allowed.

AMAZING!!!!

This condo is way better than it looks on pictures. I went with my family and they loved the setup of the whole place. My parents even wanted to stay an extra night longer than we had booked. We went at a less busier time and the serene environment was very soothing. The location is very convenient with a Walmart right opposite the resort and surrounding restaurants. All the activities that we wanted to do were within a 5mile radius, if that. The ocean view is breath taking, the sand at the beach is very soft and the water is clean. We all felt that our stay was too short. All the furniture is very modern. The beds are very comfortable. I would definitely rent this place out again in the future. Any questions that I had, Kim addressed them promptly and the directions and instructions she provided us were very straight forward. I highly recommend it.

We loved this spot cleaners are not the best wish we didn't have to pay that fee my wife is a clean freak anyway but overall we would stay here everytime the best so far and we travel all the time i enjoy the view and all thanks for making our mini vacation the best everyone for a great place please stay here you will love it i promise you.

Beautiful Condo

I highly recommend this condo. Kim’s Condos was the best I have rented from in PCB. Could not ask for any better service and Kim was very prompt to respond to any issues. She had the washer/dryer replaced the week we were there. This unit has everything you need and was the cleanest and best kept condo I have stayed in. Excellent view from the 11th floor. Thanks Kim’s Condos, I will definitely be renting this condo from you next year!

Incredible Views and Location!

This condo had an incredible view and is a great location. Being on the 11th floor gave us breath taking views all weekend long. The condo was perfect for our family of 8 and had plenty of space for everyone to sleep and spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked which made cooking meals in the condo super easy. The location was the best, we were close to everything. We even walked down to a local restaurant one night for dinner. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit for the kids! We are looking forward to returning!
