Great place! There were a couple of things that need to be fix but nothing that was an inconvenience. The place was nice and clean and the location was excellent. Getting to the beach and pool was an easy walk or even ride on the tram that is available. The location of the property is also very close to so many places for groceries, food, and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

Although the the gulf was not visible from my room it was so close to the pedestrian bridge to walk to the beach and if you didn’t want to walk there were courtesy gulf cart trams to transport you. Very satisfied.

The resort has a convenience store with Starbucks coffee, ice cream, beach essentials and other necessities. There is a restaurant and a bar. The property is quite old but very spacious. As a family of 5 we really appreciated the extra room. My only suggestion for improvement would be to get rid of carpet. Thank you Edgewater!!!
