Loved this house and location! There’s literally a sunsations right beside it and the beach is about a 3 minute walk if that. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Great stay!!!

The location is awesome! The property is spacious. We had enough room for all 13 of us. The property managers replied in a timely manner and worked diligently to address any issues i had. I would definitely go with these people and this house again!

Spring Break!

My contact was very responsive after having challenges with the pool heater. After he first visit to look at the equipment, he text the next day to see how things were working. After not resolving the issue, he came back again, trying multiple things, leaving us with a warm pool to enjoy. I appreciated the commitment to making things right. There were 12 of us and everyone had a great time. It was great to be close to the beach, even though the weather wasn't great to enjoy it as much as we hoped.

Perfect location & layout for large family. Pool, game room & bunks were a hit!

Highly recommend

Location of this property is as close to perfect as you can get. The house was clean. Sleeping space was as described. Andy was excellent to work with. Highly recommend! Can’t wait until our next trip, we will for sure book again.

We loved Beach, Please!

Just returned home from a week at Beach, Please with my parents and extended family. Ages 70-4 under one roof with plenty of space!! It is just as pictured. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Our family enjoyed hours in the pool! We were able to walk to the beach as well. Property owner was very responsive to any questions and we would recommend!

Awesomeness!!!

This was one of the nicest condos we have ever rented. The description was accurate, place was clean, pool was a great size, and the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Only complaint, just a little disappointed that the video game shown in picture was not there in the game room. Excellent communication, would definitely stay here again.

Beach Please? Yes, please!

Having a wide range of kiddos, teens to toddler, I thought it would be iffy on sleeping arrangements. But, everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Oldest stayed in the game room on the fold out couch and said it was fine. Adults had the en-suites and king beds which were super comfortable! Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware. We left our salt and pepper as there weren’t any spices nor oils, so a quick trip to the store was in order. Location was great for a variety of reasons. Beach being the main one for us. The pool was great. So nice to just step out of the house and take a quick dip. Beach access was right across the street. And the street was not busy anytime we crossed it. Lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, and entertainment were all close by. We will be back!!

Beach Please!

House was a perfect layout for our family. Kitchen was well equipped with anything we could have needed. Coffee pot was working but the keurig side of it was not. Pool was really well maintained. We did notice a lot of ants on the patio around the pool but that didn’t stop the fun! Loved it and would highly recommend booking this property. So close to everything!

June 10-17 stay

Property was very conveniently located close to beach and easy to get to. Property was well kept and well equipped. Upon arrival the floors were a little dirty and sandy from prior tenants - could use better cleaning process in transition. Our feet and socks got extremely dirty being in the house. Pool was smaller than pictured and was only 3-4 feet deep. Functional but not really as advertised. We were expecting larger pool. Had an ant invasion problem in the kitchen one day. Management responded quickly with sprays to stop them. May need to contact your pest control and have them look for the source and address if for future rentals. Wasp nest somewhere near the back porch TV area that also needs to be addressed further.

The PERFECT place!

Perfect house for a family!

Great house walking distance from the beach! Loved the house, very clean, amenities nice, kitchen fairly well stocked. Unfortunately it was cold over Thanksgiving & had paid to have the pool heated & then we didn’t use it. Property manager responded quickly to every message sent. Thank you.
