We loved our stay at this property. The pool was two blocks away and although there was a tram, we frequently walked to the beach as well. The snack shop served great food and drinks. Our kids loved riding the bikes to the local restaurants and shops. The house was exceptionally clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful home and neighborhood. The house had everything we needed and more. It is evident that love went into creating and sharing such a special place. The peaceful, walkable beach community is ideal. We walked and biked to the pool, beach, restaurants, and shops.

Great for family vacations

This is a great rental for a family. It's well-stocked, clean, and in a great location that's close to beaches and restaurants. The pool was a plus. There are kids everywhere riding their bikes, which is great. The only thing I do not think is fair is that people are allowed to leave belongings on pool chairs even if they were gone for hours. I've seen many chairs that were on hold with towels, but no one was there for hours; these could have been given to other families that were looking. Overall, our stay was wonderful, we would rent again but maybe in a less busy time of years.

First Family Vacation

First of all, the neighborhood is perfect. You have access to the tram on either corner of the street. I cant say enough about the location. Easy walk to the pool as well. We all walked everywhere every day we were here! The house itself was clean and well appointed. The grill was ready to use and clean. My sister has two children and they loved the bunk room and the jack-n-jill bathroom. That worked perfect. Everyone had great space to spread out. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and we all felt we had enough space to sit and relax. The beds are all very comfortable as well. We really enjoyed our time here for our first family vacation! We would all highly recommend this house for your family vacation!!

Beautiful Beach Home and Community

Well appointed and spacious house in the great community of Seacrest. Easy access to pool and beach. Great space for my immediate and extended family (including an infant and 3 year old) to enjoy each other's presence. The only minor issue we had was with ants but it was only a minor nuisance that improved once we got more diligent about keeping all dishes clean immediately after meals. Overall, we would absolutely stay at this property or community again!

Perfect beach getaway

We rented this home recently for a relaxing family getaway and it was perfect. The home was exactly as described, great location to the beach, restaurants and shops. We loved the bikes that came with the home and took bikes rides with the family each day. The tram was easy to take to the beach. The only thing I wish came with the home was beach chairs. Other than that the home was perfect and look forward to renting again soon.

Christmas Get-Away

We stayed here for our annual family vacation. We had 5 adults and 2 children and the house was perfect! Nice neighborhood that is centrally located and the bikes made it so easy to get around to the other communities. Highly recommend!

Relaxing Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was so cozy. I sprained my ankle the night before our trip and this home was perfect for me to hobble around in. The sectional was comfortable and a great gathering place for our family. We spent a lot of time together in the main area. The bedroom on the main level was also very helpful to me since I could not make it up and down the stairs. The beds were comfortable and we slept great. We enjoyed the front porch as well and there were not many people around so it was nice and quiet during our stay. And we loved the collection of games. We would definitely stay here again. The cleaning issues were minor - hair in the bathroom, one of the bunk beds had several black hairs in the sheets when you turned down the bed. (not sure how that went un-noticed) Even so, we hope to return.

Beautiful, cozy home

We had the best Christmas ever with our parents and French bulldog. We stayed right across the street last year, and this house was just as charming. The home was clean and comfortable. The sectional sofa was great for entertaining guests and watching Christmas movies. Customer service was super-quick and responsive; we called to get wristbands and also to report an issue with the wifi, and both times someone was at our door in 15 minutes. Kitchen is well-stocked, laundry upstairs is convenient, and there were plenty of bath towels. If there's any area for improvement, there could've been more hand towels—there were loads of bath towels and washcloths—but had enough for the stay, just had to do the wash often. The temperature between upstairs and downstairs was pretty uneven—upstairs got much hotter with the heater on—so we just opened and closed vents as needed. Probably just the vent design of the home. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, just put the ones who like it cooler downstairs. There's beach access with wristbands across the street from the Seacrest 30A gate!

Great Stay - Great Location

We stayed at this property September 11-18 and truly enjoyed our stay. The house was very lovely and the photos accurately reflect what you get. The location is great - walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We look forward to returning to this property in the future.

The house is great. Everything is clean and comfortable with the exception of the downstairs king bed. I would recommend fixing or replacing as it caves significantly to the middle. Possibly address the trash cans as the flys and nats were terrible. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room, towels, dishes etc.. It is a great house for a group of 8.

Summer Fun

I love this community and we have rented several different homes in this area over the years. Kitchen was well stocked and home was clean. Layout of the home is nice. Mattresses are in need of replacement, but overall the home was good and we enjoyed our stay.
