Good communication with the host, easy check in. Very nice place, they had all the little touches for you! Beach chairs, beach towels, extra pillows, snacks and toothbrushes. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything

Nice place to stay near the beach, with plenty of local restaurants and things to do. Korin was a great host and I appreciated the communication. Definitely would recommend staying here if visiting the area!

Stayed here for a last minute vacay with my husband and dog. We were very happy with the place! Affordable, bed was comfortable, decor was beachy and nice, everything was clean, and the host provided lots of towels/toothbrushes/toothpaste.We love to walk, if the distance is reasonable. We walked to Panama City Coffee (I enjoyed their cappuccino with a bit of mocha added), to the beach (there’s public access directly across from the coffee shop), and to Schooners (great bartender… I think his name was Larry?). Overall, great location! And you can get to any of the popular restaurants with a 15-min or so drive. We were able to take our dog on several walks without issue. She doesn’t like it when random dogs approach her, so we had her muzzled just in case, but all the dog owners were very responsible and had their dogs leashed. Which was awesome! She was also very happy to have a yard. Highly recommend!!!

Everything was perfect. Plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans in the kitchen. Cleaning supplies and bathroom toiletries available. Bed was comfortable and the chair in the living room was nice. Yard is great for pets.

Great Place and Good times

GREAT LOCATION, clean, pet friendly. The only concern was the folks who stayed next to us had 5 dogs big dogs they fought and barked all night not to mention the dogs were left out in a long storm.

Perfect stay in pcb!

Very cute home with everything you might need for the beach! Great communication from booking to checkout and the host was readily available for anything we needed. The cleaning company was absolutely incredible, not a speck of sand upon check-in (which seems impossible at a beach home) and they came by after a heavy rain to blow off the patio without even being asked. We had a wonderful stay!

Loved!

So... upon arriving the key lock didn't work. After calling customer service, we were instructed to use the lock box. Issue resolved! We were given $75 to buy dinner @schooners! Food was Amazing!! :)

Great for a relaxing getaway

This place was very clean, well decorated and in a great location. I enjoyed the privacy of the back yard and the convenience of walking to the beach access. Everything I enjoyed was really in walking distance of the house. I will recommend this place to my friends.

We were very pleased with our stay. The house very neat and clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Right off of Thomas Drive away from the chaos. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely stay here again in the future!
