I was a little disappointed on a couple things One my bed was very uncomfortable I didn't feel the mattress was great The couch that I said I'm so hard when I was watching TV that it cost me some problems later. Hot tub was okay but only half the Jets were working if less. Staff was quite nice and we left early on our stay and they refunded our resort fees back which was nice. But I would not pay more than $150 $200 a night at this place

We needed a room for one night prior to our flight home the next day and the price was very reasonable. We were able to check in early and use the pool the day of our stay. Every staff member that we encountered i.e. desk clerk, pool bar attendant, breakfast staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was spacious and clean and had numerous amenities that we did not need for our one-night stay. The breakfast they served poolside was good and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend the Hyatt at Desert Oasis for one night or for a longer stay.

Place is dated. Musty smelling bathroom. Bathroom fan full of dirt and dust. Ants coming into sink from drain.Kitchen is equipped but everything is 20 yrs old. Housekeeping empties garbage everyday but does not clean the room during your stay including not changing bedding. Had to request towels. Went into the pool and exited quickly. Debris floating on top of the water. Staff is pleasant and onsite security is visible.

The resort is old and tired. Hallways smell like disinfectant. Bed was HORRIBLY lumpy and uncomfortable. Room was otherwise clean and spacious and staff was fine. Location very close to Palm Springs is nice.

We arrived 2 hours before check in and were told we'd receive a call as soon as our room was ready. So we waited around. I tried to ask for an update on our room but apparently wasn't responding to the query from the front desk. In the end we weren't able to get into our room until 4:15 pm. Front desk knew that housekeeping was behind. It would have been better if they had said outright that we would be waiting until 4 pm for sure. We could have made better use of that time. We had a lovely ground floor room with a view of the golf course. Unfortunately, there was a family above us with small children who ran and jumped non-stop. Our windows and blinds were rattling the whole time. We asked to be moved to another room which William was able to arrange for us the following morning. We appreciated that. They should know better than to put families with small children upstairs in a wood frame building. That was a huge miss.
