I got a free room upgrade...the staff was friendly, and my room was clean and ready for use (no missing towels, etc.) Continental breakfast could have been better, but due to COVID, they get a pass.

We were here for only one night but overall it was nice my husband and I just need it to get away and it this place it was perfect very quiet and the staff are so nice even told us how downtown Palm Springs is set up with everything that’s going with COVID-19. Definitely will stay here again

About 70 to 80 people bumper to bumper around and in the pool, no masks or social distancing, booze everywhere and loud music, the food was the as cheap as it gets and the service was bad, we've been here many times, but never again

The only good thing about our stay was how pleasant the front desk lady was, i think her name was Katie she was super sweet and helpful. Otherwise i felt the hotel was extremely understaffed and literally had no rules. No one was watching the pool and had people with open bottles everywhere. The hall ways were filth trash outside peoples doors and stacked by the elevator and ice machine area. Not sanitary at all. No one was really following social distancing and hotel staff was not enforcing it. My main concern was how dirty it was in the hall way getting to our room.

For the price if the room, this was a sreal. Nicely appiinted, comfortable room. The base of the king size bed was made of metal. Dont hsppen to bang or touch it because it makes a very loud noise. Front desk personbel were professional and accommodating. John B.

Pool was nice, breakfast was good..I was staying on the 3rd floor non smoking, we smell weed all night, so we put towels under the door try to block the smell. Rooms need to upgrade. But overall our stay was pleasant..

Convenient location and friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately our really great breakfast buffet has also been affected by Covid-19 and pre wrapped to go items is all we are allowed to offer,This is the decision of the Riverside County Health Dept and the Governors Office. This Hotel does not provide alcohol to any guests and loud music is most definitely not allowed. We understand different people have different taste in music so the perception of volume can sometimes be a bit one sided. Throughout the Hotel and property there are 40 plus signs reminding all guests about face covering and social distancing. Unfortunately this Hotel can not police all guests all the time. Perhaps once all restriction with Cvid-19 have been lifted we will be in a better position to offer a much better experience for you. We do look forward to seeing you in the future

Thank you for your review. We do appreciate hearing from all of our guests. Dues to Covid-19 rooms being service are very limited for the health and safety of all of our guests and employees. It is now our policy to only service rooms upon request and ask that if needed trash should left outside guest rooms for pick up. Outdoors our staff can not play monitor for adults that chose not to social distance. With signage throughout the hotel reminding everyone we can only hope that guests will follow these suggestions. Thank you again for your patience and understanding. We look forward to seeing you in the future
