Ideal Spot to beat Winter
We spent 6 weeks at this beautiful unit from late January to mid March 2023 and it was perfect. Recently remodeled in a contempory style, the photos are spot on and everything as it appears. The kitchen was beautiful and functional with state of the art appliances and accessories which allowed us to entertain a few times with friends. Were able to settle in for a 1.5 months and not miss anything from home. Owners attention to detail included all necessary bathroom, laundry, and kitchen supplies and well stocked pantry. They even restocked coffee and expresso needs during our stay.
Can't say enough about the owners as it was so nice to deal directly with Mary/Brian(vs mgmt company) they were so responsive to all of our requests (few) and frequently asked if we had more.
Unit comes with a golf cart and bikes which is perfect for recreational needs. Cart is registered with Golf Club so can be used on the golf course and the very nice practice facilites. Also fun to drive to restaurant,walking areas, pickleball/tennis facitlites or just around the development. Lots of room to walk, run or bike on the nicely manicured grounds. Golf is favorable to renters compared to other clubs in area as well as ease of booking tee times online. Community pool (heated) and hot tub (1 of 40 in the complex) just 2 doors down and not crowded. Lots of friendly Midwesterners and Canadians located throughout. Will book this one again !
