This was the best deal I could find over Coachella weekend and it did not disappoint. Extremely clean, modern, and very quiet. My King bed was amazingly comfortable and all the amenities were there. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the breakfast, where everything tasted terrible. Even the oatmeal was bad, even the prepackaged muffin was bad! I guess I'm grateful that a hot breakfast was even included in their very reasonable price, but it was seriously bad food!

Wonderful Hotel, Excellent Customer Service

This has been our second time staying at the Best Western Plus in Cathedral City and we are more than pleased with the hotel and the service. This time, I accidentally doble booked but for some reason, the cancellation did not go through. Hotel manager, Dave, called me and instructed me how to get a refund from Hotels.com. I am beyond grateful to Dave for his wonderful customer service and kindness. I recommend this hotel to anyone and will for sure stay there again next March for the Indian Wells!

The hotel was surprisingly better than I thought it was going to be. The rooms were a very good size and amenities in the room were good. The breakfast was limited in choice but perfect and hot which is not a given in much higher starred hotels. Staff were very helpful and I would recommend a stay here.
