The Marley Property leaves a first impression the moment you walk in. It's extremely well-done and decorated with thoughtful, comical details around every corner. The property was perfect for a group of 12 girls. Everyone had their own bed and only a few had to share a room. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you'll need for the weekend - having 50+ pink cups was a must to stay hydrated in the dessert, as was the ice machine out by the pool that was a major plus.
The group was there for a bachlorette, ready for a series of pool party days. Upon arrival, we found out that we wouldn't be able to use their outdoor speakers system because other groups had "ruined it for us," leaving us a bluetooth speaker being acceptable for noise levels. We came to find out (the hard way) that the property was located in a highly residential area where noise complaints are easily filed.
Overall, The Marley is a fantastic property for groups; however, it did feel a little mis-marketed for bachlorette parties given the area's sensitivity to noise levels and is better suited for retreats and quieter groups.
