Early check-in.... not available. WiFi access provided, but was not able to use because connectivity was poor. You have to take your own trash out to the parking garage. Not enough secure parking. The pool was always cloudy, even first thing in the morning. The rooms are nice, quiet, clean, top quality kitchen, large TV's, comfy beds and pillows, pretty views.

Palm Canyon Resort was lovely. The grounds, the pool, the cafe and staffing were great.

Had a lot of fun. Relaxed & saw beautiful scenery.

Lots of room. We were in the 1 bedroom. Nice to have a full kitchen. Water slides were great for kids. WiFi wasn't the greatest and I had to go out on the balcony to use my cell phone to get decent service.

Bummer of a place. A big letdown. Photos are not a true representation.

Great pool for kids and family. Would stay again in future.

Took my kids here as a getaway before school started. They loved it! The staff was very nice. The rooms were ok. Had some ants. But overall the pool is what we really came for! The life guards were kind of rude but other than that it was a good time!

The hotel itself was actually a nice place to stay at. The reason I would not return is the lifeguard that the hotel has for the pool. He was plain rude!!!! We wanted to be at the pool and relax but he would not allow this!!!! the way he spoke to children and adults was not right!!!! There were 5 families that stayed at this hotel and we are planning on going every year but we will not stay there again! We will find another hotel!

Pros* Room Space Kitchen Stove fridge toaster coffee maker and utensils. Pool was clean and lots of fun. Drinks were strong and yummy 9$ each Basketball courts and gym on site Cons* FRED the life guard was very rude and very unhappy with his job. Arrived a little early the hotel would not let us check in before 4pm Check out is 10AM sharp they would NOT let us use the pool on the day of check out thanks to Jeff. Slides are dangerous for the little ones. My 6 year old was hurt and had to be taken to the ER.

The hotel staff is great. Very courteous and helpful. Always friendly! The pools are great! Very easy to hang out in with your kids. Waterslides were very fun for the kids and were well supervised by lifeguards. The lifeguards are only there to supervise the waterslides so you need to watch you own kids in the pool. We had a nice stay. Rooms were comfortable. Kitchenette was well stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking supplies. We were able to prepare our own meals easily. A nice place for the price.

The whole family enjoyed it! Full kitchen, pool was great and we'll guarded. Safety around hotel and surroundings was great. Excellent place to take little ones.

Need more parking for Suv's and a little updating inside rooms and a barbque for each rm would be nice

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. There was always several employees walking around the pool area asking if we needed anything. The slides were fun for the family. Several times a day there was an activity at the pool like water balloon toss and bingo. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I look forward to my next trip back.

So glad we chose the two bedroom suite for our visit! The rooms were beautifully furnished and the kitchen was well stocked with nice appliances, dishes and cookware. The pool is beautiful!

The pool is nice but the big slide is actually a bit dangerous. The rooms are so ugly, worn and dark. It is like a 2 star motel. Certainly not worth the price. Also with our 2 bedroom suite we only had one bathroom doors didn't close properly. Furniture on the patio was filthy.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The first was with my son and two of his friends for his birthday, the second was with the whole family for Easter break. We had a great time, but we had issues with one of the TV's, and the A/C unit, and when maintenance came out, they weren't able to fix either, and did not offer to move us to another room. Another issue is that since this hotel is a time share, they were pretty aggressive about signing us for their sales seminar. Calling us on four different occasions (not really what I appreciate when I am on vacation). The rest of the staff were great. This did not deter us from having a great time, but next time, we will probably try to find another hotel with similar amenities and not a time share.

The two bedroom was great for our family Thanksgiving dinner. Other family members stayed in the smaller villas. However the second bedroom didn't have a closet or a dresser which made it a bit inconvenient for a second couple. The staff was great with our request to get four rooms near each other.

Staff were very friendly. Grounds beautiful. They accommodated my room request. Food was a real surprise. Excellent experience

Swimming pool spectacular. Gym complete even with basketball court.Staff geared for timeshare guests so more accommodating. I signed up for tour and got 4 free nights for a return visit.

Love this place, we go back evey year at least once.
