Dated and in need of a good remodel. Room smelled from mildew and air condotioner noisy. Bathroom was awful. Stall shower 2ft x 2ft and mold on glass door. Found out after 2nd call to desk that mismatched faucets were reversed and hot was cold. Not enough parking. Ice maker had mold on it. Could not leave soon enough.
Our stay didn't start too well when we got caught in a flash flood, but that's another story !!! The motel unfortunately is in need of a good refurbishment. The beds were okay, but I'm glad we only booked a single night. Not likely to return.
We woke up this morning to find Blood on the light switch. When we went to the front desk the first person we saw looked at the photo and said it look like somebody nicked themselves shaving and then touched the light switch. When he went to go show the manager the manager came out and insisted it was paint. Nothing in the room is painted red. He took our keys and went to the room himself. He came back and said he tried to wipe it with water and it wouldn't come off so it was in fact paint and he was not going to give me any kind of a refund. When I called bookings.com and they called into the hotel, the manager told them that it was ketchup. That was the first mention of ketchup and if he supposedly wiped it with water it should have come off if it was in fact ketchup. It is extremely disappointing that they aren't even honest and keep changing their story.
Room is clean, quiet and safe, with good air con. Hardly luxury, but great value at $50 a night. Well located too. Only quibble was that the water pressure in the shower was poor which made it tricky to wash my hair.
The place is very cute and nice, but staff is not helpful at all. I forgot my jacket in the room and called one day later to inquire and they didn't return my calls nor answer my emails to answer my questions. They never found my jacket even if I know I forgot it on the bed, so clearly housekeeping must have taken it. Even after many calls, I didn't get any help from their side. Also, when we reached Knights Inn around 5pm, the temperature was too hot, the AC clearly wasn't turned on. In order to stay or sleep in the room, we had to leave it for a few hours. It's unfortunate the stay will be a negative memory for me, as I enjoyed the stay otherwise.
I was blown away by this place, it has a retro 60's feel to it that's actually really cool but the rooms were amazing !! beautiful decor, beautiful furniture and paint on the wall, this isn't your typical hotel, this place is great ! All staff were very friendly, the hotel is clean and the rooms were very clean. Super comfy bed, HUGE television, great wifi, really cool huge shower. All in all I cant say enough great things about this place, it's got tons of charm and I truly loved the furniture that felt super trendy and fashionable. Highly recommended !
The room wasn't bad, it was pretty average. I think what was more off putting was the bathroom. The water pressure was horrible and the floor in the shower looked pretty gross that we had to shower in flip flops. I'm sure it was clean but it looked pretty dang nasty. The pool was decent it just had a lot of the fall out from the palm trees. Would we stay here again probably not.
This was a very clean & quaint hotel. Outside does no justice for the simple but updated rooms. There is a clean pool and hot tub. The towels could be a little thicker but basic does the job. The staff is very nice. There are shopping areas close by and downtown Palm Springs is about 10 minutes away. Recommend
The staff worked to get a room that was better for my handicap mother. Then last night there were terrible winds that filled the pool with debris but the staff arrived at 8 a.m. and had it sparkling by noon! Perfect vacation!
I flew from Alabama to Palm Springs to meet my husband who is stationed at Twentynine Palms Marine Corps base. We loved this little Inn! My flight arrived a few hours before check-in, but the staff went ahead and let me get into the room and wait for my husband. The staff went above and beyond referring places to eat, things to do, and made sure we knew the buzz schedule. The inn is cute. The staff is friendly. The location is amazing.
