This place is my new favorite!! The staff and the customer service are unparalleled!! The experience of the check in was pure joy and was the perfect start to a wonderful stay at this small and charming hotel. I can’t enough about the amenities. The pool and jacuzzi were the perfect temperature. The view of the mountains from my room was stunning. I was so sad to leave Desert Riviera.
Staff is amazing. I’m use to staying at big hotel chains but after staying here, this will be my Palm Springs to go to. Beautiful, cozy, laidback with everything you need. Everything is cleaned and sanitized because this is what we need to worry about nowadays. You will love this place!
WOW!!!!! What a relaxing and enjoyable stay at such a charming hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay from the moment we walked through the gate! The staff is amazing - whether it's Misty at the front desk or the attention to detail service staff! The hotel is meticulous in every regard, from the room, to the grounds, to the pool, to the pizza oven! We are already planning our next adventure to Palm Springs and The Desert Riviera will definitely be the place where we stay. Thank you Misty - we will see you soon!!!
From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly, showed us the facilities, offered us wine and snacks. The wine and snacks were free, and we found more in the room too, not in a "you'll pay for it" minibar. They also made popcorn for everyone who was around each day, and did everything they could to make it a great experience. The pool was wonderfully warm, so we could swim even in January, when the temperature was in the 50s. The hotel is attractive, the room was large and comfortable, and the location was excellent All in all, one of the most satisfying hotel stays I have had in many years of traveling
