Unable to check in at 01.00 due to routine system update. Told to wait 1 hour. I went to another hotel.

The shower in my room had a damaged floor which if you are not carefuñ you can cut yourself.

I wish the staff at night was attentive and welcoming like day staff!

This place is horrific, food was left in the fridge, pubic hair on toilet seat and roaches EVERYWHERE. We actually slept in our car that night.

The receptionist was very nice and professional. Clean room .

The room was spacious, had a kitchenette that was usable, and the bed was comfortable. The TV had a little issue with the "guide" wherein you couldn't get back to it after using it on the initial start-up of the TV - you could then only scroll through the channels. So that was unfortunate. But, we made the best of that. Things were OK overall - even tho' we occasionally had to avoid guests who weren't wearing their masks - that was annoying and I think the hotel staff should've been more vigilant re: that.

Arriving late at 2am after a 6 hour flight delay the lady on desk was super helpful and welcoming.

We had late check in and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. There is no breakfast - it’s coffee and granola bars. The hotel smells like dog pee. There are kitchens but you had to get plates/utensils from the front desk. I would definitely not stay here again

Had a wonderful stay for the weekend, will definitely be back.

Air conditioning was in proper working order throughout my visit. External portions of property were always clean
