We stayed here for Coachella Weekend 2 and had an amazing time. The house had everything we needed. It was clean and very spacious. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and festival venue. Highly recommended staying here!

The son of the owner living in the third bedroom, which is off the main living room. The door has no handle to go into his room or no way to lock him out. This was not in the listing when we purchased it. If you are OK with this, the house seemed fine.

Carol and Art were great hosts. They met us when we checked in - showed us the house and pool startup. We loved our stay here. At 40 Deg Celsius, the misters really helped with heat.Location was great - 10 minutes to Palm Desert (Trader Joes, Target) and 10 to Costco, Walmart - tons of restaurants close by. Would stay here again

Very nice house with comfortable furnishings and very well appointed kitchen. The owners were lovely and responsive to questions. We were there for the Indian Wells tennis tournament. The location is perfect for that, and to dip in the pool after a day at the tournament was delightful! A great vacation stay!

The house was a great base for our two week stay in Palm Desert. The house was well-stocked and had everything we needed! It was also set up well for our little dog and the neighborhood was quiet. There were a few issues with the hot tub, but owners immediately got someone out to fix and we were able to use after our daily hikes. We would definitely stay again.

Our host was terrific, and the property is ideally located in the Palm Springs Area, bordering Indian Wells, La Quinta, and Palm Desert. We spent a lot of time in Palm Springs as well, and this place was in the perfect spot. The house is on the golf course, has a great pool and spa, and is comfortably furnished. Not only will we be back, but we'll stay even longer next time if we can. If you cook like we did, the kitchen has everything you need. There are TVs in every room and cable if you need it. The amenities provided were above and beyond. Plenty of closet space, and everything that you'll need. We'll be back!

Lively home in Palm Desert

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and well stocked with basics, the neighborhood was close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. and the neighborhood was great for walking and biking. Communication by the host was also excellent. We would definitely stay there again!

Good home for family vacation

This home has a pool and spa. We were the first people to ask for heating of the pool and we ran into problems in that regard. The pool and spa heating system kept breaking down. However, the owner was very responsive and did their best to get the problem fixed. They did not charge us for heating of the pool because of the problems encountered. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. The only negative were the showers. They all had flow restrictors - which I hate. Maybe just me. No grab bars for the shower in the master suite and, since it is in a tub, grab bars are necessary for safety for us older folks. Fans throughout the house kept us very comfortable. We never turned on the heat or the AC.

Wonderful Month Stay in Desert Palm

What a comfortable and cozy home for our month stay in Palm Desert! The location of the house was fantastic in regards to grocery stores, shopping, playing golf, popular restaurants and ease of getting almost anywhere in 15 minutes. Had a lovely pool and hot tub in the entrance courtyard with all the patio furniture you could ask for. We especially enjoyed having our morning coffee poolside in the sun while watching our morning shows on the outdoors TV. The lovely large kitchen was supplied with every cooking items (to include basic spices) you need to prepare meals. The furnace was preset to warm the house in the early hours of the unusually cool/cold days. Thx Art and Carol! We enjoyed our dog walks in the neighborhood and met so many nice people. Beds were comfy too. We had a few questions about heating the hot tub and the owners were quick to respond. We had no other issues. Can’t say enough about this lovely home. We are already thinking about what month we’ll be returning next year. Thx Art and Carol!

Clean & Comfortable!

My wife and I spent two weeks here over the holidays and this place was perfect. It was clean and very well equipped with anything you might need for a comfortable stay. Carol was very accommodating and quick to respond to our questions. It was great having the hot tub heating included as we used it frequently throughout our stay, it was a little cooler out to use the pool. Location was great, close to everything you might need, just a few minutes drive to El Paseo and a few of the best resorts in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Vacation for a month

The property had everything you could possibly want. We had our dog with us she loved the back yard. The beds were comfortable but a little high for my wife to get in. The hot tub was great but the pool was a little cool for my wife’s liking. It was very close to everything especially the tennis tournament.
