The inside of the condo features an open concept floor plan, cobblestone floors, vaulted ceilings, and a four person dining table. Enjoy the fireplace on cooler nights along with a 75in. SmartTV. The kitchen is amply stocked for all cooking needs. The condo has been meticulously designed and furnished to deliver a warm relaxing retreat. Sonos & house speakers are located trough out the unit for guest use. For the technology inclined this unit boasts Alexa Echo that controls the entire Smart Home setup, from the front door lock, smoke detectors and thermostat The unit features a private front and back courtyards. Community salt water pool and spa tennis court and pickleball courts are steps away. A work desk featuring a monitor for guest use is also provided. Two car garages are available for guest use with one Tesla charger. A full size washer and dryer are located inside the unit.

This condo features a private front courtyard where you'll find a built in BBQ and outdoor seating. The back patio offers privacy, alfresco dining with ample seating for four. Access the community spa and pool through a private entrance.
