Just 1.5 miles from El Paseo’s upscale shops and restaurants, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home blends laid-back style with resort-style outdoor living - perfect for travelers seeking sun, space, and a little peace and quiet.

The open-concept living area is ideal for slow mornings or relaxed evenings in, with a fully stocked kitchen, dining for six, and seamless flow to the backyard. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bath and direct patio access.

Guests have full private access to the home, including three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the backyard, pool, hot tub, laundry room, and driveway. You’re welcome to use the garage for one vehicle, and we provide a Level 2 EV charger (J-1772 Plug).

Please note: one bedroom (not included in the advertised bedroom count) is locked and not included in the rental, along with a few cabinets and part of the garage that are reserved for owner storage. Thanks for your understanding and for respecting these areas during your stay.

We give our guests space but are always available if needed. You can reach us easily through Airbnb messaging, and we’re also available by phone in case of any urgent issues during your stay.

Pool safety: The pool is not gated. If you're traveling with children, please supervise them at all times.

Desert landscape: The yard is filled with beautiful but prickly desert plants. We recommend wearing shoes outdoors, especially near cactus. Tweezers are included in the first aid kit just in case.

Quiet neighborhood: Ocotillo Ranch is tucked in a peaceful residential area. We ask that guests respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.

No pets: We love animals, but pets are not allowed at this property.
