Welcome to Sandpiper Palm Desert, with the look of the desert's Mid-Century Modern Architecture coupled with designer furnishings and amenities. This Sandpiper condo is located on El Paseo Drive, where you are surrounded by unspoiled natural beauty, and walking distance to fabulous restaurants (Mastro’s, Eddie V’s, Pacifica, Back Street Bistro, Jillian’s, Armandos, Tommy Bahama) shops, and galleries.

The floor plan makes the unit seem more like a home than a condo. Every room has a wall of glass and the views are superb; the main living area overlooks the sparkling pool that is kept at a comfortable 84* in the winter. The pool area boasts a magnificent mountain view, along with a ramada with BBQ, shuffleboard, and putting green.

The master bedroom, dining room, and guest bedroom open onto a sizeable private courtyard with mountain views. There are seating and dining areas in the courtyard.

All rooms have been painted and decorated with colorful artwork, and furnishings. The Master and Bedroom #2 have a king size bed, Bedroom #3 has 2 twin extra-long beds. There is carpet in the bedrooms and porcelain wood-grain plank in all other areas.

The kitchen is fully equipped and all linens are provided. This is truly "home away from home"!

In addition to all the activity walking distance on El Paseo, you are close to championship golf courses, tennis, and attractions such as the Living Desert, McCallum Theatre, and the Acrisure Arena, the 11000+ seat venue for music/entertainment and new home to the Coachella Valley Firebirds hockey team.

Fabulous unit in sandpiper. Well stocked, comfortable beds with quality linens. The heated pool is steps away. The mountain views with the palm trees are a favourite spot for morning coffee. Truly a great location for a holiday. Owners easy to contact. If you can stay here you will have a wonderful time.
