The property is centrally located in Palm Desert, offering easy access to shopping and local amenities. Additionally, with it's close proximity to the I-10 expressway or the CA-111 highway, exploring the Coachella Valley and Southern California has never been easier!
This is an upstairs condo located in the security enforced and gated, Desert Falls Country Club community. The property features 2 large bedrooms,2 full bathrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, and in-unit laundry. This is a quiet community and the property is located on a small cul-de-sac with a small number of additional condos. It is directly adjacent to the nearest pool and hot tub in the community. There are many upgrades to the unit including smart TV's in each bedroom and living room, high speed internet, gas fireplace, and full service kitchen and bar areas. Your stay also allows you access to your state of the art fitness center, pickle ball courts, and tennis courts.
