Great stay! The house is beautiful and perfect for a large group or Family. ITrip was wonderful, we left something behind but didn’t realize until hours after check out and they were really great about letting us back into the property!! Would absolutely stay again!

Overall our stay was nice, but we didn’t realize that the house was on a corner lot on a very busy street. In fairness, it’s on a big lot, but the grass was very tall and we had to call to ask them to mow it so the grandkids could play in the yard. The internet was never spotty, too do we just used 5G. The house could use some repairs, but is well suited for larger parties.

Fabulous Home!

This home looked beautiful from the photos, but was truly even better in real life. Our friend group had an absolutely fabulous time. Home was super clean (and I'm a bit of a germaphobe) with an excellent location! The host was so responsive as well, truly a fabulous stay and we plan to stay again. Thank you!!

This was our second year in a row stain in antelope branch. The location is perfect. The view of the mountains is beautiful and my family loves the huge living area where we gather and play games.

Great Place for Reunion

This was the perfect property to celebrate our 50th anniversary with friends. The kitchen was well equipped to handle dinners for our crowd. The living room was spacious and the deck was perfect for enjoying happy hour. The location was quiet and outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Pagosa Springs. We enjoyed watching the deer wander through the property. Communications with property management were good. It was a great stay!

Great views and wildlife. Deer population was Enjoyed watching the mule deer graze in the mornings. The house had all amenities we needed and the local restaurants and breweries were very accommodating for our group.

Family Ski Trip

We visit Pagosa every year and this house was perfect for our family. Loved the location love the large family room where we love gathering around the fire playing games with friends. The kitchen had plenty of room to cook a big meal and the very large patio outside was perfect for grilling.

Our family of 5 adults and 2 children and 2 teenagers enjoyed our stay at Antelope Ranch. Everything was as depicted in the photos and online description. We had two minor issues that were addressed quickly after I brought it to the attention of the property manager. Great communication. We would stay here again.

Amazing

From booking to checkout this property and management was amazing! This was our first family (12) trip out of state (from Texas) and it was just so peaceful and a great experience. The location is perfect and home had everything we needed. From space for everyone to relax comfortably, to sleds for kids to play in the snow in the back yard. It is not far from downtown shopping and the hot springs, and a quick drive to wolf creek ski area. The management was also very responsive and helped us with any questions we had. We will definitely book here again!
