Quiet, convenient and clean. Front desk clerk was very helpful

The rooms are comfy and clean. The proprietor is not very friendly. Though his son more then makes up for that lack.

Perfect place for for anyone on a budget who is looking for friendly staff, a good breakfast and rooms as nice as you'll find anywhere. Other places may have dining rooms and pools etc. but you have to pay more for those things. Probably worth it if your staying someplace longer especially if you have children. It was perfect for me and my teenage granddaughter as we were heading back to Colorado Springs in the morning. I would stay there again.

Cute breakfast area, a little dated but nice place for the money

Great service with luggage to second floor. Check in very quick and help with a loaner cell phone charger. Very accommodating.

The rooms and atmosphere were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived very late but were greeted warmly and went straight into our room with out delay.

The staff was very nice and helpful when we were deciding where to go eat dinner. The beds were very uncomfortable... the mattress was way too soft and there was a big divot in the center of it and neither my husband or I could get comfortable.

Hotel staff very inviting and willing to serve. Bathroom a little small but functional. A/C loud but worked great.

This is an older hotel that used to be a part of a chain. The current owner is maintaining the property well. I had not been to Pagosa Springs in several years and I did not know that the hotel had changed hands. It happened to be in a good location for where I was heading.

The hotel is old and in need of major remodel and upgrade.

Our check-in was fast and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and we slept great! This not a resort hotel but a nice and inexpensive place to stay for the night if you are visiting Pagosa Springs. It was a little removed from the downtown area but Pagosa has grown on the edges so we had access to good restaurants and shopping. The owners have put some money into remodeling the hotel so it does not feel too dated. The breakfast bar and room were cozy and the food was fresh. The hotel staff (the owners were running most of the show) were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel, and owners very nice. The hotel was clean, and great breakfast.

Our stay was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the bedding needs to be updated, especially the pillows, and the breakfast is barely satisfactory. They don't even offer peanut butter! The wifi was often slow and unreliable as well. Still a good place to stay and the price was fantastic. Hopefully they will make these few things better.
