Camp Inspiration is located just a block away from the Kayak launch area of Lake Pagosa and another block or so from the fishing dam. It's a great location for winter and summer activities and has a rare to find fenced yard for your dog pet.

This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and is all on one level. As you enter the home in the living room, you'll notice that this room has a mini split AC unit to cool down the living areas of the home. The living room has a large Smart TV with sound system, a gas fireplace/stove and opens to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is large with an island and is well stocked cooking and cabinet items.

Down the hall are the 3 bedrooms. The first room is a twin room with a desk and monitor to use. The next is a queen bedroom with another desk with monitor to use. The final bedroom is a king bed with a private full bath. The laundry and 2nd full bathroom are located in the hall. There is a roll-away bed for the 6th guest.

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

The backyard is large and is fully fenced. The 1 car garage is for you to use and there are 2 spaces to park in front.

This home is pet friendly, 2 dog max, with a $75 fee per dog and another $100 refundable deposit per dog. Ask for better details.

Our host was wonderful!! Very helpful and nice! Love to say again. House was wonderful, very clean. Backyard perfect for our cocker spaniel with wonderful fenced yard. Loved sitting on back porch and looking at trees and deer. Also kayaking around Pagosa Lake!!

Charming home located in great neighborhood!

This property was perfect for our family of 5. Everything was ready for us upon our arrival and there was plenty of space to be together as a family or separate for some alone time. My favorite part was the fenced in backyard. My kids LOVE being outside so it was nice they could get out and play without concerns of wandering off. It really was a charming property, and we would most def. stay again.

This was a great house that was clean and well equipped. Stayed here the week after Christmas for a ski vacation with the family. Garage made it easy to unload our equipment each day. Loved the fireplace in the main living area. We would stay here again for sure. And Said

Great property manager okay property.

Five of us stayed in this 3/2. The property manger has great communication. The property was nice but it just wasn’t comfortable for five adults. Nothing was wrong with anything. The place was clean. It had everything you could possibly need and I bet if you needed something that wasn’t there, they would’ve gotten it. It just wasn’t real comfortable after a full day of skiing

The cabin is nice. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access. Floors are in need of a good mopping. However, cabin is fully stocked with all cooking materials. We had a very nice stay!

This house is in a nice neighborhood near the lake. It was easy to find at night, close to the grocery store, hot springs, and restaurants. There are plenty of beds and space in each of the rooms. Our only complaint was about the cleanliness. When we arrived, we immediately put our dogs in the backyard (they were still on leashes and had not explored the house besides sniffing around the living room on the way to the back door) so we could carry everything in. In each room, dog hair clumps covered the comforters and quilts, as well as on the floors you could see dog hair that wasn’t cleaned up from the last people who stayed there. We also found dog hair on some of the dishes in the cabinets. The sheets as well were covered with dog hair. All the extra blankets that are in the closet are also covered in dog hair. As dog lovers, we understand dog hair can get everywhere, but this was to the point where we were all a little grossed out by the clumps or hair everywhere and it seemed like it wasn’t cleaned before our arrival. We decided to use our lint roller and try to get the hair as much as we could off the sheets then rewash our sheets in the washing machine. I did contact the property management mostly because of their extra cleaning charge for pet hair we would probably have to pay for the dog hair that wasn’t from our dogs, and they were very kind offering to send us new sheets or have the cleaners come back. We had already spent most of the night cleaning up by then.

Colorado Vacation 2023

The house was very clean and very comfortable. Looking forward to our next trip here. We definitely recommend to everyone. Loved that it has a yard for the fur babies. Just a side not, when you go shopping at Walmart, either bring bags or they have bags to buy.

Nice for a little family getaway

Very nice place for a little getaway, though it was a very last minute booking i did had a rough finding and trying to call the VIP vacation crew that we couldn't get in our first night there. Though they did offer me stay an extra night if we wanted to no extra charge after that incident. So far all was noce perfect and comfortable stay. Very pet friendly as well.

Good Location, with a couple issues

This property worked for us and was in a good location. The property manager was responsive and helpful. One of the reasons we selected this location was that it was dog-friendly. The problem is that whoever stayed there before us must have let their dogs urinate all over the laundry room, because it smelled really awful. We had to cover our noses just to go in. Also, the washing machine did not work properly. The property management company was very helpful, and even helped us find a house across the street from us for some friends that decided to join us at the last moment. The house they found for our friends was much larger and nicer with a nice backyard with a deck to enjoy the outdoors, and cost the same as this house. I know this is on me for choosing the wrong house on VRBO, but seeing the much nicer property for the same price right across the street was disappointing.

Perfect getaway spot among the Pines.

We wanting a getaway for a family of 4 and our two dogs. This house was just perfect, nice quiet neighborhood near Lake Pagosa, 3 bedrooms,.all nicely furnished with super comfy beds. But the best thing was the fenced in yard, our dogs loved it. We will book this again for sure!! Also, property management company very helpful and responsive.

Clean place great for family and furry loved one

The cabin was clean and the yard was great for the dog when we needed to leave him behind. Great equipment in kitchen, all you could need and more. Only complaints are that pillows could be better, king size, and there should be the amount of towels for the amount of people that are planning to stay at the place at the time of arrival. Loved the place and the weather was wonderful! We love Pagosa springs and all the outdoor activities available. Thanks
