Perfect Family Ski Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Del Oso! The cabin was cozy, beautifully updated, and perfect for our family. Our boys had a blast with the air hockey and foosball, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after skiing. We made such great memories and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home. Very well furnished. The game room/ bunk room was perfect for the teenage boys. The host was very easy to communicate with and very active in making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Absolutely will stay here again!!

Wonderful mountain cabin

Beautiful mountain neighborhood. Upscale cabin feel with stylish, yet cozy, interior. Kids loved the sophisticated downstairs accommodations (neon sign, games, large bunk beds) and hot tub, perfect deck, with unparalleled views and fire pit to enjoy our Apres Ski! Close to Wolfcreek Ski area which always has the most snow! Would book again.

Perfect Mountain Get-away

We loved our stay at the Family Mountain Getaway. It was the perfect place for us to stay. It was only about 20 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Area. We had a wonderful view of the mountain from the back patio. We will definitely stay here again!

Great family vacation!

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Del Oso. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, as well as, several areas to gather together. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located 7 minutes from downtown Pagosa Springs and 20 minutes from Wolf Creek.

I specifically booked this cabin for the views of the mountains and forest from inside and outside on the decks and it did not disappoint. This cabin is incredibly clean and the hosts are responsive.

This was an amazing place for our family. We have 3 teenagers and the game room was their favorite place to hang out. We liked the spacious layout and the fully equipped kitchen was perfect for our Thanksgiving dinner.

This cabin was perfect for our family of six that includes four teenagers. They had their own space downstairs to hang out in, and they loved the arcade game and air hockey. The cabin was easy to find and was a short drive to Pagosa Springs. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare breakfast and dinner. We're already missing our evenings spent on the upper deck.

Perfect getaway

We had the pleasure of staying at Casa del Oso and can't wait to go back. The layout was great for a family with kids. Kids loved the game room and arcade...hot tub was used daily...and the views from the deck couldn't be beat. The location was close enough to town, but still felt like you were away from it all. The management of the property was very responsive to all our needs and requests.

Perfect Family Home with Awesome Location

The owners of this house put so much thought into everything we could possibly need down to spices, games, extra blankets and pillows. Even though we didn't use these, they also had a backpack baby carrier and play yard. The hot tub was amazing and the views were spectacular. We skied Wolf Creek and went into Pagosa Springs for food, shopping, and visiting the natural hot springs. Our family of six adults had an awesome time! We would go back for sure!

Absolutely Perfect

This property was perfect for our family. Every feature was thoughtful and spot-on and we felt like we were “home” while there. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We used the hot tub every night after hiking, The game run was a home run for my kids, and they loved the many puzzles kept at the home for all ages. The kitchen was well stocked. We grilled several nights and ate on the deck. We relaxed by the fire-pit watching stars before bed. Thank you for a wonderful stay and for making us feel at home.

Great ski getaway

We have an 8 person family that has a wide span of ages! This home had something for everyone. The only negative was that the temperature of the home a little difficult to manage on all three floors. That is such a small point compared how great the service and the home itself is. The home is welcoming and well furnished. You never felt crowded. the kids have their space and the adults had ours. We will definitely be staying again.

Highly Recommend: Loved the View

Our stay at the Mountain Getaway was amazing! There were two families with 3 teenage boys and a young adult daughter. The downstairs space was perfect for the boys to have their own space and hang out when they were not on the main floor hanging with the adults. The beds were comfortable, the view was beautiful, and the kitchen was well more stocked than we imagined- they even had a crock pot! There was plenty of space for all of us and we did not feel cramped. Having 3 bathrooms was great and of course the washer & dryer was helpful because we got our laundry done before we left! The main area was cozy and we all shared the seating areas between the living and dining space. This was a perfect location between Pagosa Springs & Wolf Creek!! Everything was very convenient and we really enjoyed the neighborhood. Highly recommend this cabin. Thank you for having us.
