Wonderful and very comfortable home!

Wonderful and very comfortable home! The views are absolutely stunning, and the house has plenty of space for a group of 7 people. Everything was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stunning mountain home

We can’t say enough positive things about our stay. The house was immaculate and modern yet cozy. The views from the back porch were gorgeous. We will definite stay here again next time we visit pagosa springs.

Great House

This was a great place to home base in Pagosa. It is a little bit of a drive from 160, but easy to get into town. The solitude was great and the neighbor's horses were the delight of the five year old girl in our group. Overall a great stay.

Great property, beautiful home and quiet neighborhood! Pagosa springs is close enough for convienece but far enough away to feel secluded.

Beautiful house with lots of room to play!

Our family of 8 had plenty of room to spread out play in the snow! Property management was so great to work with and quick to respond to any correspondence. We would definitely stay here again!

Great 4-BR house with some privacy.

House is modern, well maintained and equipped with all desired amenities. ITrip (property manager) is very helpful and responsive.

I love this property

Recently my grown children and I stayed for the second time. We love this property! Much nicer than you'd expect a "cabin" to be. Spotlessly clean, tons of amenities, and wildlife visitors every day. Wish I could live here!

Villa Del Sol

Our group of eight (6 adults, 2 toddlers) stayed here for 6 nights. This place was amazing! We will definitely be returning. The house had everything we needed and had plenty of space for everyone. The drive to town took about 10 minutes, so it was a quick trip for groceries and sightseeing.

Pagosa get away

This was a beautiful house in a great location. There were lots of things to do in the area. The only thing was the grill was not functional due to a regulator issue other than that it was amazing here. The best place as far as scenery and a great place to unwind would defiantly recommend. and will be back for future trips

Spectacular mountain home!!!

Can’t say enough about how great this house was for our ski trip. The house layout is so great, and the amenities are top notch. Victor from the management company was great with communication, and the property was clean and had million dollar views. Location is amazing, as it is secluded but easy to get to downtown Pagosa, and an easy drive to hWolf Creek ski basin. Thank you for contributing to great and memorable family vacation!

Family vacation

We had a great time & loved the house. It looked just like the pictures & had lots of space for a group of 7. We loved being outdoors; we sat on the back deck with fire pit going to keep us warm as we watched the sunrise & sunset. The hot tub was lovely after hiking in the area. We had quick & pleasant service for the few things we needed from management company. We would definitely come again and/or recommend this property to others!

Extended Family Get Away

Our multigenerational group loved Villa del Sol. We ate meals on the back porch and saw hummingbirds, wild turkeys, and a doe and fawn. The accommodations were very comfortable and spacious and fit our group perfectly. The separate children's quarters downstairs (with foosball and a TV in addition to a bunk room) were great. The hot tub was a hit after long hiking days, and we appreciated the hot tub being made ready for us before our arrival. Everything was well thought out and welcoming.

Great Home for Families

This home is comfortable, large, and great for families. We had more beds than needed (I didn't realize that the bunk room had two bunks (4 beds in one room). The game room was a bonus feature for our grade/middle school-aged kids. We were there for a ski vacation and the laundry room was excellent for all our gear. The garage is nice and big. Hot tub, sun-porch, loved it all!
