This is a wonderful home with lots of amenities, very nice *******2 down falls very muddy back yard & they need a bar & seat in the master shower

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home! Everything looked new and modern. The decor and record player/albums were a nice touch! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. All areas were very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The hot tub worked perfectly and was so relaxing. We loved watching the deer each day too. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice new home. Fenced yard for pets. Comfortable couch and king bed. Nice hot tub. Just not much privacy in yard and hot tub. Deer were all around neighborhood. Nice quiet neighborhood. We walked dogs several times. Would stay again

we have stayed at a lot of short term rentals, and this is the first one we have asked to extend our vacation there. the house was new, and extremely clean, and decorated so nice!! first class all the way. I have found my new brand of stove and fridge. very nice backyard for my pups, and a great porch. every morning my husband sat out with coffee and just enjoyed the wonderful quiet and nice smell.I will always check the property management when we go back to Pagosa Springs.

This review is in addition to one I posted on day 3 of our week long stay. This home is beautiful, from the quiet location, to the the tateful decor, to the fact that everything in this home is brand new, including the house itself. Even the back deck is furnished with comfortable furniture for 6 people to enjoy the afternoons. The kitchen is huge and appointed with high end Kitchenaid appliances throughout. A chef would be very happy cooking in this kitchen with quality cookware, dishes, glassware and utinsils for at least 10. Super quiet dishwasher and full size washer and dryer.One thing to add is if you rent this home, check the pantry before you go to stock up on groceries, as probably every spice you would want or need is already there, including some cocktail ingredients, not to mention barware.The beds are super comfortable and the closet space is huge, complete with dozens of wood hangers.Beautiful bathrooms with plenty of counter space.I can't heap enough praise on this rental to do justice. It is literally the nicest vacation rental I have had the luck to stumble on. It is my new benchmark for a vacation home. Planning for a month next summer if it is available.
