Parking and location were fine. Room surfaces were dirty (Floor and desk). Hot tub was out of commission. Desk didn't respond to request when they said they'd get back with me. Breakfast was ok, but had to ask for coffee both mornings we were there.

We liked that it has a convenient location but felt one of the reception staff was a little grumpy on our arrival. The big dips at the entrance need a warning sign for the driver. The room was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

When we got to our room, the bed had been slept in and the room had not been cleaned. When we went to inquire about our room, a gentleman was very rude and he informed my husband he did not have enough staff and he questioned him asking if he owns a business....Do not list available rooms in this case and perhaps act like a business owner. All other staff were great.

I had ask for an accessible room, and apparently there none available , i had to have my 85 year mom help me in/out of the shower , there we NO grab bars to hold on , the bed was very lumpy , the saving grace was the pillow , no hot breakfast , the was No milk ( 2gallons Empty ) could not eat cold cereal with no milk, no juice available , it is Non ADA , not for spa, nor the pool, & they was no micowave to heat my leftovers in, the parking lot was full of potholes , & only one trolley for luggage, I definitely would NOT reccomend it if your handicapped , & NO ELEVATOR NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!! .

This is a 2 story hotel with stairs only. When we arrived we had this reservation and asked if we could get a first floor room. Told no vacancy. The 2 of us travelling had physical issues. While not needing an "accessible" room it would have been nice if there was more clear statement No elevator. The steps were narrow and it is dangerous trying to carry a suitcase up and down. 2ndly, while the room was paid for. A 100 dollar deposit is required on arrival for any damages. This has to be paid on a credit card. 3rd, while the room was clean, the hotel is undergoing rennovation. Our door did not open with the key. Upon requesting assist the front staff came up to help open the door. We were told to put our shoulder into the door to open it, as the doorframe was recently painted and sticks. Needless to say breaking down a door with a 67+ year olds shoulder is not the best.
