Well Equipped Home with Hot Tub and LOTS of boat parking (2 or 3 Trucks pulling boats can park).

Spend the day on the water then come home to a relaxing soak in the Hot Tub, have family night in the game room, roast marshmallows in the fire pit, or watch a movie on the 75` Smart TV in the family room before retiring to the Master suite with the private bathroom, 55` smart TV and King size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and a 55` smart TV. The kids room has a full over queen bunk bed and a twin trundle bed and can sleep 5 comfortably. Or use the 2 queen sofa beds in the family room for extra sleeping capacity.

The kitchen has been fully stocked for cooking from scratch or use the Insta-pot, Air fryer, or pizza pan for a quick and easy meal. Time to make some memories!

The space was perfect for our race weekend. For the most part, the house was clean and well kept. There were a few things in the kitchen that hadn’t been cleaned, the microwave, the built-in cutting board, and some of the dishes had been put away dirty. Everything else was clean, there were plenty of towels/extra bedding/dishes/utensils, the beds were comfortable, and showers were hot. The neighborhood is quiet, but close to restaurants and a walking/biking trail. The backyard area, with a hot tub, was a nice place to relax at the end of the day.

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable home, which had some great family-friendly features. The kitchen was very well-stocked, making it easy to prepare several meals and save on dining out—much appreciated! There were plenty of linens, board games/game room for endless family fun, and the host even offered free kayak use (though we didn’t take advantage due to chilly temps). The host was highly responsive to messages, replying within minutes and offering solutions like a quick cleaning service when we mentioned a few concerns.That said, a few things kept it from being perfect. Check-in was delayed because the door code didn’t work initially, taking about 20 minutes to resolve. We also had some minor issues with cleanliness, broken toilet paper holders in both bathrooms and noisy older appliances). The biggest disappointment was the hot tub—we booked largely for this amenity, but it was dirty upon our arrival. The host quickly sent a repair person (which was helpful), but it remained unclean the next day even after service. Overall, it was a solid stay with strong communication and thoughtful extras, but some cleanliness and maintenance details could use attention for a top-tier experience. We’d consider returning if those are addressed.
