This one-of-a-kind 1,100 sf home with filtered views of the Pacific Ocean will surprise and delight! Right away you will feel at home. You will find a beautifully landscaped and private Japanese tea garden with ample seating, where you can enjoy an outdoor meal or gather around the gas fire pit. Later, make the short trip to Downtown Pacific Grove to enjoy shopping, galleries, and fine dining. Located close to Galleries, Shopping, and Restaurants.
Living Space The entry opens directly into the living room. Filled with light, the living room resembles an atrium, with its many windows, looking out onto a view of the Monterey Bay through the treetops. This room features a large flat screen TV and plenty of seating, along with an open floor plan revealing the Dining Room and Kitchen. Well-equipped for extended stays!
Kitchen and Dining This home features a fully-equipped galley kitchen with beautiful stone countertops and a Keurig® coffee maker. Pass-throughs allow for easy service to the Dining Room, just off the Living Room. Have your coffee in the adjoining breakfast nook filled with light from windows on three sides. Alternatively, use this airy space as your temporary office. A large, flat screen Samsung TV with a Bose soundbar streams over WiFi only and guests may log into their own Netflix/Amazon etc. account information and may use various apps to stream programming. Adjoining the living room with pass-through access to the Galley Kitchen, the dining room seats 4 easily.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms Bedroom #1 has a King bed and Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed. Both bedrooms are just steps away from the beautifully updated full bath with tiled shower.

Street parking in front of the home is plentiful. Across the street from a large field and middle school. Children visiting the home may like to go to the track, field or play structures to play outside of school hours. It is a great place for walking laps or playing some catch or frisbee in the field.
Front of Home is terraced and has quite a few steps up. The elevation, however, provides enjoyable filtered views of the Pacific Ocean.
This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. Extended stays are often possible.
Please note that a partially attached guest suite at the rear of the property is used occasionally. The guest suite has a separate entrance facing another street and is fully contained so your privacy will be assured.
