Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our long stay at Caledonia Bay Lookout this February and March. The home is welcoming, warm, comfortable, and beautiful. We enjoyed making meals in the well appointed kitchen. It has a fabulous location! We took at least two walks a day along the ocean (so close to the home). And we really enjoyed walking into downtown PG to eat and shop. Sanctuary was wonderful and fast to work with for two minor issues. Thank you for allowing us to relax and make ourselves at home in Pacific Grove.

Beautiful home & great location

Very comfortable stay! Loved the fully stocked kitchen with quality dishes and everything needed to make meals at home. Perfect location, close to downtown and our little one loved the park across the street.

Nice stay

Nice clean and great location. Three levels, my 83 year old mom was with us, the stairs were a bit much for her. If you don’t mind Stairs, this is a wonderful location.

Nice House and Great Location

The house itself was great - everything was high quality and everything worked well. The location is also excellent and we walked to both the ocean and the restaurants on Lighthouse.

Ideal location, terrific property, smooth process

A block from the shore and a quick walk to shops and restaurants, this is a great house with a big comfy living room and nice kitchen and dining setup. Playground you can observe from the deck is awesome for families! Would love to stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is divided among three floors, with the topmost floor being the very nice master bed with gorgeous master bath; the other two adequate and tidy rooms on the ground floor; and the kitchen and living rooms in the middle. Kitchen was well appointed and expertly lit, and the living rooms were cozy and had plenty of room.Location wise you could hardly ask for more: a brief walk to Lover's Point in one direction, and another brief walk to the main commercial street of Pacific Grove in the other direction. We will definitely stay here the next time we come to the Monterey area!

The host was very thorough with instructions and stocking necessities. Checking in/out was simple. Truely one of the best rentals I've booked.

Lovely home, great location!

My family and I had a great time at this property. It was perfect for our family. Great walking distance to beach and downtown Pacific Grove. Property is great if you’re traveling with a pet, as there’s a park across the street and a small fenced in yard in front of the home. Only thing that we wish we would have known in advance is that there’s only one TV in the home.

Amazing Home Amazing Location

We had an absolutely lovely stay at the Caledonia Lookout - what a lovely home! Exactly as described, open and airy and amazing location! 2 short blocks to the fabulous downtown area with cafes and amazing restaurants, 2 even shorter blocks to Lover’s Point Cove and amazing walks on the bluff - sea otters everywhere! Highly recommended, can’t wait for our return visit

Comfortable, near beach

Great location, very nice house perfect for our family getaway. Especially enjoyed the coastal walk (1.2 miles to aquarium in Monterey) and being close to restaurants in Pacific Grove. House had everything we needed, highly recommend and would 1000% stay again. Many thanks for wine & snacks on arrival!

Great place for a work retreat

This house was great for our company's working retreat. Three of us stayed in the house while others stayed at a B&B within walking distance. We held working sessions in the large living room, and cooked one team dinner in the kitchen and on the grill on the balcony. Very comfortable and a great location.

May 2022 Stay

Great house for a family and friend Monterey long weekend. The location is ideal, close to the recreation trail and downtown Pacific Grove and a short drive to all the local sites. The home is well furnished and has a lot of natural light. Kitchen equipped to cook any meals. Would stay again!

3817 Caledonia Bay Lookout, the perfect getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at Caledonia Bay Lookout for our final Summer getaway. The home is well appointed, clean, comfortable beds, wonderful deck, and just a short walk to all the PG has to offer. We loved sipping coffee by the fire on foggy mornings! This property is dog-friendly and our girl love laying by the fire on her blanket and taking walks through the neighborhood.
