The best thing about this motel is the customer service. I travel a LOT and it's nice to stay at a place where they're actually happy you're there. This is an older property that's in need of some freshening up, but I'd certainly stay here again. The staff was nothing short of wonderful. The gentleman who checked us in was warm and personal. We had a minor problem that he stepped up and fixed right away and the room was cleaned and serviced well daily. Don't expect a lot of bells and whistles here but they'll have a smile on their faces when you arrive.
This place is jacked up. If you come alone or with someone else, bring your wallet, they charge you for every thing and they constantly watch you. STRONGLY do not recommend staying here. For your safety own safty.
We stayed here after a long day of driving but should have kept going to Fort Smith. The room was filthy and full of flies. Would never stay there again. Staff was nice enough and bed comfortable but that is about the only good thing I can say.
This place is absolutely disgusting! Staff dressed unprofessionally, did not have a good attitude, and the door had to be repaired to get into the room! The room had not been vacuumed! The table was very sticky, I had to clean it myself, and after cleaning it the wash cloth was completely black! Their was hair and stains on the bed sheets! There were dead bugs in the room! The A/C system was filthy! The toilet in the bathroom was disgusting, I didn't want to even touch the toilet! There were holes in the curtain! I'm surprised the trash cans had been emptied! And there were ugly scuff marks all over the walls! If you ever cross this place and are in need of staying somewhere I highly recommend you head 50 miles in any direction and stay anywhere else other than this place. 1 Star Rating!
Upon check-in the desk clerk did his best to help me. I asked for a room with an extra blanket, he gave me a room with 2 beds. He explained there were no extra blankets, but I could use the blankets from the 2nd bed. The beds were comfortable and the blankets thick enough not to need extra.Shower was very good, nice pressure.
I stayed at the property over the last few weeks for work. I had a nice bed. The staff was nice and would take care of anything I needed in a prompt and friendly manner. When I'm back in the area I'll be sure to stay there again!!!
Rented two rooms - both rooms were disgusting. One of the worst rooms I've stayed in. I can't even begin to describe the deplorable conditions. I complained to the corporate office and received a nice apologetic email but no offer of a refund. The front desk was very nice but that in no way made up for the room conditions. My phone was almost dead so I didn't get many pictures so you're missing out on the filthy bed and bathroom (oh and the dead bugs).
traveling, we pulled off and found this place. the room was adequate, but very cold. the heater was not able to warm it on a cold night. the manager came to the room to check. told us we would be ok. he got a little upset when we didn't agree, and offered a refund. we didn't want to hunt for another place. we wanted a warm rm. he finally offered an extra space heater. it worked. I didn't care for his attitude. avoid this place.
My room was neat and clean, and the Serta Eurotop mattress was very comfortable. Outdoor pool sparkling clean. Cramped guest breakfast area (Ice and vending in area), but the breakfast offerings were OK. As I was leaving, the friendly GM offered to cook me some lunch ! No other motel manager has ever offered to do this ! If you are traveling from Little Rock to OKC on I-40, stay overnight here.
We stayed when visiting relatives in the area. This recently changed from a Day's Inn. MapQuest directed us to an incorrect location--basically to a Walmart parking lot. The outside of the inn looks okay, but the rooms need a lot of attention. In the rooms and bathroom you had about four different colors on the walls--non of which matched, and then a floral bedspread that did not match any of the above. No closet for clothes, and the clothes rack on the wall was positioned too close to the sink--so it was in the way of the sink and area around the sink. We were on the second floor--they had a swing placed on the first level so it was almost in the way of access to the stairs. The room was quit--until the next morning when guests next door decided to stand on the outdoor balcony/walkway and carry on a conversation with others in their party who were already down below. On the positive side, the beds were fairly comfortable and the room was basically clean.
