This is our second time staying at this location. The property is clean and fairly quiet. The restaurant next door closes at 3pm during the week. Wish I had seen that earlier. I was also not aware of the $100 dollar deposit charged at check in. Now I'll have to watch and make sure they refund it back. I reserved through Expedia. No mentions of the deposit. In my younger years that would've been a very big deal. Not sure they are worth 200 in deposits...oh well. Lesson learned and shared

The property was easy to get to. The staff were very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The shower was great after a long drive. The Ozark Burger next door is fantastic.

Definitely NOT as advertised. Stained carpet, rust in sink, broken bathroom door and really old TV made the room seem oppressive. The sheets and bedspread were clean but we'll worn. The "couch" was broken and leaning on one end. The ceiling in the bathroom was stained and peeling. The shower... Was awesome! The microwave was 1972 model. I wouldn't stay there again I think it's positioned to house deer hunters.

We requested a bottom floor to make it easier with luggage. No one offered to carry our luggage upstairs. My husband has total knee replacement in a month. Had to settle for two full beds instead of one king as originally reserved. Linens and mattress were okay. Small sofa was collapsing and dirty. Low water pressure is in shower.

Was pleasantly surprised about the cleanliness and upgrades in this hotel. The only thing I didn't care for was there was a bunch of kids hanging out at the parking lot with the attendant when we got there

To start with, they changed me additional $100 for "security deposit", after having my credit card information, without even bother to tell me about it. Still haven't received my "deposit" back. Room was ok, but bathroom was terrible!!! We burned our skins with boiling hot water coming from the shower, and then spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to adjust the valve. Just too old, broken stuff that should be replaced long time ago. Parking was ok. Room A/C was probably the noisiest unit I ever encountered, kept me awake all night. Really horrible. I would NOT recommend to anybody to stay in this place. Shocking it has so many positive reviews, they must be from some paid "customers", I can't see how anyone would like this horrible place!

The beds were comfortable and the room looked pretty nice. You can tell they need to still fix some things in the room on the walls. I wish they would have had outlets on both sides of the bed inside of just one side. The shower made a loud high pitched noise when you put the temperature to be more warm for the majority of my shower which was like a 10 minute shower. Also when we showed up, no one answered the door bell after we rang it twice. We had to call and the daughter told us that she never heard the doorbell ring.
