Booked this hotel online though Choice Hotels website for a discount at about $48 a night. Room was clean and comfortable for my son. Front desk was friendly and prompt with check in. Breakfast was good. Had dinner at the restaurant next door which was excellent
The check in was fast and easy. The lobby was clean. The room was clean and comfortable. The attendant over the breakfast bar was u friendly and very attentive. The breakfast food available was awesome. I enjoyed my stay.
The hotel was clean and staff was pleasant. The bathroom needs some updating. Our sink was clogged upon arrival but the issue was resolved by the time we returned to our room. The pillows are the size of a throw pillow! Bring your own full size pillow. Breakfast had different options available. The gravy was way too salty. We took one taste and just couldn't eat it. Otherwise the room was clean, neat and quiet. I would stay here again.
The front desk clerk was very friendly. The rooms need updating but they are very clean. The facility is located close to I-40 so very easy to get back on the road. The hotel offers a variety of discounts such as WAS so make sure to mention this at check in. We would stay here again.
I cannot even believe how unprofessional the staff/management is at this facility. My boyfriend reserved a room for us and checked in, I called later to ask about the rate for a pet fee before I joined him, I was told $10 +tax and all was good. We stayed for 2 nights and then our card was hit with another fee. Went to speak to the staff at the desk and the man there claimed he was the owner and was screaming at me calling me a liar saying I didn't let anyone know I had pets with me and I was in a no pet room (I'm sorry how isn't that my fault when I called and said I was coming with my dogs?) it was unbelievable. I cannot believe people speak to their paying guests this way, I was in no way loud or rude with him until he starting accusing me and literally SHOUTING at me for NO reason. Just because I was trying to explain to him what his employee had said to me on the phone previously. I had to pull my phone out and record him because I just couldn't believe his behavior considering I work in the hospitality business myself. DO NOT STAY HERE!
This hotel was conveniently located off of the highway. Its doors are on the outside. Our room smelled of smoke right by the end table near the bed. Our room was smoke free but the room next door was not. It must have been coming though the vents or plugs. Didn't notice it all the time. There is no workout room at this motel. There is a path nearby that starts by the McDonalds that the city just built if you want a place to run or walk. Breakfast just okay. I don't think there are elevators, so if you get an upstairs room, you have to carry your luggage upstairs.
This is an older hotel that could use some updating. It was okay for one night, but we expected it to be somewhat nicer in appearance and cleanliness. (We were going by what the other reviews stated). The older lady who tends the breakfast area was so sweet, and really kept up with everything being filled. The front desk clerk was friendly, too.
I've stayed at The Quality Inn & Suites twice now both times I felt like I've received a much nicer room than the price reflects. The room have been very clean and the staff very friendly. I have paid twice the amount l paid here for lesser rooms. Definitely the only place I will stay if I'm within a 50 mile radius of Clarksville.
This was a very nice and clean hotel. We were just spending the night on our way home from my brothers house. This hotel was also very affordable with breakfast and a pool. We stayed on the second floor and it was very quiet. They did not have elevators, we had to take the stairs.
Called the front desk for a room earlier in the day. Had a suite with a hide bed couch. Reserved the room until we arrived and found out the couch was a small one so asked if they had two queen beds available. They changed the number to one on first floor. Had a nice room with cool temps going. Slept well. Bathroom was older and toilet was not real good but we stayed one night. Breakfast was upstairs on next floor. Was told if we needed anything more from items to eat to ask the front desk and they would put out more to eat. Different assortment of items was there with plenty of drinks to use. Asked for more bacon and the sausage was about gone as well. Had plenty to eat for the morning meal and headed out of town for home!
