Eli at the front desk was extremely courteous and helpful throughout our stay. All the staff were great but Eli went above and beyond to help make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
It was super clean and very nice rooms. Didnt request handicapped room but my mom uses a walker, so the manager put us in one which was really wonderful. Pretty town with lots of meal choices. No dislikes!
Hotel was well maintained and clean. The staff was efficient and courteous. I strongly recommend this hotel for visitors to the Jacksonville-Anniston area.

Overall is good. Manager helped me a lot and well responded all of my requests and questions. The room was comfortable and clean but the wi-fi was unstable.

We stayed here while in town for the Cheaha Challenge cycling event. Hotel was a perfect location for the ride and events for the weekend. Hotel is very close to the Chief Ladiga trail which is a fun activity. We needed a few extra pillows and that was no problem for the staff. Breakfast included was great! Actual real food and not prepackaged, stale junk! Real oatmeal and waffles??? Can't beat that! We will be back next year!
