The staff was great and the room was clean. It was a smoking room and smelled horrible (not a smoke smell) in the room. The blankets and sheets had numerous burn holes in them. It smelled like something dead in the parking lot/sidewalk area in front of the room.

The hotel manager barged in our room claiming a leak below our room, very unprofessional. Waiting for a refund as we had to inconveniently leave and still haven’t been refunded my money. Will not stay again!!!

It’s good for the price. We just wish you would have ok the site the pool was not working and we would have booked another place. We came to play All Stars and the point was to have a pool as hot as it was. And it stinks. You guys really need to clean it

Left early because of mold and nasty rooms. Pool was disgusting!! Could not breathe because of mold smell. Trash all over property. Toilet screamed when flushed. Tv didn’t work. Bed was dirty. Horrible in every possible way! Couldn’t get refund for having to leave early but couldn’t handle the smell!! Stay away!!

The rooms are disgusting and damaged, which is surprising considering how aggressively the housekeeping guy bangs on your door every morning at 9am demanding to perform "housekeeping."

First room was not clean enough, had a bunch of ants even on the beds. They refused to switch us until the threat of shutting down the as made. Once in the new room, it was clean but could have been cleaner

Needs total upgrade with everything. The outside looks really clean and nice but once you walk into the office reality starts to set in and the rooms are horrible some of the towels had stains on them and we had to request other one and the cleaning isn’t good at all
