This unique place has a style all its own. Built in 1900 as the first apartment building in Owosso, this unit shares old world charm with a beautiful updated living space. Quiet neighborhood with all the comforts of home.

Located right in the middle of downtown and in walking distance to the farmers market, amphitheater and hospital.

Beautiful and comfortable stay

My mother, sister, and I stayed here for just the weekend for my sister-in-law's baby shower as we all live out of state. We were thoroughly impressed with the place as soon as we walked in the door. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with anything and everything that you might need for your stay. The beds were all very comfy and the bedding was clean. Gretchen checked in before and during our stay to make sure that everything was going ok, which was much appreciated. The staircase is a tad steep, which was not an issue for us but if you have problems with stairs, this probably won't work well. Would definitely stay here again if I am ever there without my children. We all agreed that this is the best Vrbo we have ever stayed in; would give it a 10 if I could.
