The hot tub and swimming pool are very clean. In the winter, there are not too many people so we can enjoy the hot tub for a long time. Rooms are clean. Staffs are very nice and helpful.

Always a great spot for a staycation! Rooms always serviced and stocked with first class essentials. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. And the year around pool and hot tubs are perfect to enjoy on a crisp winter evening.

The pool and hot tub in overlooking the lake were definitely a highlight. The room was clean, updated and well appointed with a small kitchenette. The staff were friendly and efficient. Like most hotels, you do hear the noise from the hallways and sometimes neighbouring rooms.

It is the second year we stop at the Walnut Beach on our way to the Kootenays. Last year and this year we had dinner there. It was exquisite! Especially this year. We took the four course meal with pairing wine. I am not a fan of roasted beef but everything was succulent. And we had the most perfect service. We are looking forward to go back. Thanks to the staff!

Pool was closed with no warning due to cold weather. Ive been here many times in winter before and the pool didnt close. We wouldn't have booked if there wasn't going to be a pool... we'll see if I hear from them about some sort of credit. Said they have to talk to a supervisor.
