Perfect location. The room and sheets were clean and the room size was ok. And thank you for all the amenities. 2 things though, the bathroom smelled and the sink was clogged. Would have said something if was staying longer.

One of the palace to stay in Osaka. The location is great. It is close proximity to Namba station and Dotonbori area. We love the place, the room is clean, and the staff are super helpful. I will recommend this place to friends and family.

My favourite hotel so clean friendly and the premium rooms are top tier if you don’t want a o stay in the busy city but want to be close this is the one 3 stations in walking distance diver city a 15 minute walk aqua city and decks a 20 minute walk and ac auto bacs a 20 min walk it’s perfect! I’ll not say any where else when I come to Japan! 7eleven across the street loads of restaurants and Lawson in the hotel and a family mart 2 minutes away it’s the best location.

The staffs are friendly. Hotel location is superb, subway station entrance right in front of hotel. Namba is prime location for travelling around osaka city. Room is small but good enough for us. Refresher spray is provided and got the air ionizer in the room.
