Hotel with nice location

The hotel is close to city center attractions and metro station. The staff was friendly and the size of the room was ok. Overall it is a good place to stay for catching a morning flight the next day.

Clean bedsheet, comfortable bed, good location.

Room size ok, clean bedsheet (which my most concern), comfortable bed. Good location, Kuromon Ichiba market just few steps on the right of the hotel main door. Breakfast not much variety, quite standard everyday, but value for money, only $2/person if book tgt with room. Overall was good except some staff not very friendly. For 6 nights there, we found the staff hardly greet hotel guest, some staff always show black face, so most of the time we don't talk to them unless needed.

Clean, affordable, friendly staff, and location

Wonderful staff, helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was great, location excellent to the Kuromon Market, walking distance to Dotombori and all the other tourist spots. 7-11 diagonal from hotel, and a 24 hour laundry mat around the corner from 7-11 and one in kuromon market. I found the room to be smaller than the usual Japanese hotels but was manageable. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is right outside Kuromon market and has a no smoking policy however people smoke right outside the doors to the hotel. The hotel is close to Dotombori and Shinsaibashisuji if you are keen on the nightlife and really good street food. Namba station is a 10 minute walk away so it’s very accessible and well connected with surrounding places.

The hotel was very secluded and hard to find. Location not available on GPS. Hotel staff have to be prompt at the counter for room cleaning. Even after “cleaning” they still left the room with rubbish on the floor. So technically even if your things don’t fit the bin and put it near the bin, it will not be cleaned unless it’s in the bin. I would not choose this hotel again.
