The staff are very polite. Since we have an extra voucher left for breakfast we cannot use it for our last day because we have an early flight they book us for lunch instead. I was a bit sad about the amenities at first like the cotton/swab etc bec it was not on the amenities area but you need to ask at the counter for those. Our stay is very pleasant.. The location is very ideal for us tourist near the shops.. Thank you

The room was spacious for 1 person. Very satisfied with the helpful staff. Loved the bathroom and shower room. The blackout curtains helped with my sleep. The closet space was adequate. I was able to put in my clothes with little to no issue. Glad they had a humidifier for me to use. The laundry room was very organized. The hotel was within walking distance of both train stations. The walkways connecting to the buildings was so convenient. Did not have an issue in finding a place to eat inside the building.
