I stayed in this hotel twice on this trip. The hotel provided sufficient service for a fuss free stay. Location is excellent and is accessible to almost all the malls and train station via link and bridges. The hotel even stored our luggages when we checked out to venture to Kinosakionsen for two days. Area of improvement would be general daily cleaning of rooms can be better as a couple of times we found leftover tea bags uncleared. Room we stayed 2nd time had a mildew smell coming from the bathroom. Rooms can be thouroughly cleaned for a better stay.

I reserved 2 rooms for my party. I had one triple room and one double room. I was very happy with the triple room however the double room was disappointing. There was no privacy in the bathroom. No door that closed off from the room itself so when you come out of the shower that space to dry off and dress is completely open. One night I called down for some fresh towels and the front desk told me to come get it myself. I always reserve an additional day as my flight leaves at night but when I went to check out (around 4:00) they fuel was trying to say I owe 6000JPY more. I told her that I was checking out early not late. I was happy with the amenities in the lobby as it was convenient and always stocked.
