Amazing garden rooftop pool for the family and for kids . All kinds of floats provided . Great service and warmth across the hotel at every point . Great weekend events like caricature , sunset viewing on the hotels roof , and bread making .
the bathroom smelled of toilet, we were too tired to request a change and slept in.
Beautiful Hotel, Staff could not be nicer or more accommodating.
This hotel was great. I had a lot of questions leading up to our trip to Japan and the concierge staff was quick to respond to all my inquiries with complete options. Upon arrival, we were greeted by multiple staff members who provided exceptional help and assistance with us getting settled in. The staff was wonderful, the amenities are amazing, most of the staff speak relatively good English, and the facility is immaculate. Highly recommend staying here. Just be prepared for your schedule as it is far away from major rail stations.
We booked early to attend a trade show. Soon after the rates went higher (as expected). Plan ahead, book early and you will have the best value as this hotel is great.
We stayed here because of the proximity to the aquarium. As is the case in Japan he really, the service was very good. However the room is sorely outdated and the carpet was filthy. Our room keys didn't work on more than one occasion and the tub made odd gurgling noises everytime we used the sink. If it had been a reasonably priced hotel I think it would not have stood out so much. However, for the price we paid, I really expected nicer and amenities. Again, quality service, outdated and dirty room.
I would not recommend this hotel to friends. The room was a shock in that there were cigarette burns on table, dirty carpet, beds had that sunken center. No complimentary water provided each day. This is not the Hyatt I'm accustomed to. The location was a good distance from things you would want to experience. Also Hyatt needs to change their rules on crediting member points when reservations are made on other sites. This is silly rule!
I travel to Asua frequently and this hotel was A 25 minute ride from airport and 30 minutes to the heart of downtown . The rooms had Japanese style robes and tea makers as usual And the gym was very well equipped.
Modern, clean, lots of great restaurants, two pools, friendly staff, good transportation and shopping within easy walking distance.
The hotel was very nice and had lots of restaurants located in the hotel. That was necessary being that there was not much nearby. Everything was VERY expensive. We had a very, very small amount of laundry done, like maybe 10 pairs of underwear and 4 shirts. It was $167 USD! Outrageous! Also when we went to the pool, you HAD to have a hair net, which was $5 USD to rent. The breakfast buffet, was wonderful and had lots of options. It also was very expensive! Around $45 USD. Each day they asked us if we had a coupon, which we didn't, but asked how to get one, but never got an answer. The room was spacious and nice as was the bathroom.
Used this hotel as a base to visit Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara. The hotel has a great shuttle service and easy access to the subway system. The adjacent ATC building has many great eating and drinking spots. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very helpful. One possible problem is their swimming pool. They have a bizarre policy about renting bathing caps and swim suits that they incorrectly blame on Japanese law. (Note you cannot wear anything at all at the nearby Onsen Pools.....). Being away from the center of Osaka gives this hotel a very relaxed atmosphere---I will return to use it for business.
Fantastic stay. The staff was very friendly and always there to help with any needs. Free shuttles 7 days a week to the subway and osaka station. Not much around for food outside the hotel. Although the restaurants were very good but a little pricey.
