(neg) room was small, bathroom was even smaller, shower was kinda of cramp. should have some hooks for bath towel in the bathroom. no early checkins

I would return here in the future. The complimentary drinks and snacks as well as the complimentary bathroom essentials were so delicious and added to the experience. Our only comment is the air conditioning. We were here in the hot summer (July) and wished the air conditioning was stronger.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Everything was very clean and well kept. AC in the room was a little inconsistent. Some other guests were a little brutish but that’s not the hotel’s fault. A lot of foreigners stay here. Location is great if you know what you are getting yourself into. Overall really nice!

This hotel has some great staff and offers drinks in their lobby 24/7. They also have a microwave in the lobby for you to use. Their breakfast buffet was alright, but wasn’t the best we’ve had on this trip. For a group of 3, the hotel room was on the smaller side, even for a Japanese hotel, and our room didn’t have features that we found very useful in other hotels, such as a small closet, and a luggage rack. However, it was easy for us to walk to the nearest train stations and surrounding areas to explore Osaka. Everything was reachable in about 10 minutes.

Really nice hotel that is a cut above the rest in its class. The building feels new, clean, and elegabt. The king size bed is huge and great for relaxing. It's on a side street so slightly tucked away from the histle and bustle, but only a 5 minute walk from the madness of Shinsaibashi. Breakfast is good, but a little limited. Will definitely stay here again.

The location is great and staff are friendly and helpful. The free treats/drinks in the lobby are nice. The rooms are small but we knew that when we booked. Our AC did not work properly and during the hot and humid summer that made for some tough nights. It's a decent property for the price.
