A nice place in a near perfect location. A nice Japanese breakfast that was available before most restaurants that only opened at 11 am. A good size room by Japan standards. Highly recommended.

The room was immaculately clean and very spacious (which in Japan can be rare!) my room was on level 5, which is the top level, and there is no elevator. For me that was fine but if you can’t carry your luggage up so many stairs it’s probably not good for you. There was construction nearby during the week, though weekends and evenings were very quiet. Overall, I was very happy with my time here.

This was by far the most spacious place we stayed in Japan (with the exception being the tiny toilet). It was nice to have a bit more space at the end of our travels. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Located a couple of minutes walk to Dotonbori and 15 minutes walk to Namba Station for the airport express. Very clean. Breakfast was typical Japanese with some toast/cereal if you prefer.

Very nice, modern, comfortable, large room. Central location. Delicious breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. The location is quiet but still only a few minutes walk to the middle of the action of Dotomburi. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Osaka!

Pros: Great location near Dontonbori. Spacious room Cons: Terrible Wifi. Would not connect to the designated room you have No luggage shipping to other hotels. Physical room key instead of card key. The key itself is pretty large and you have to leave room key for them to clean room.

Osaka good central location

The hotel was 5-10 minute walk from Dotonbori main shopping arcade and ‘Running Man’. Easy close by transport options. The breakfast was a delicious fusion of both Japanese and staple offerings - and the staff at breakfast and reception were always pleasant and welcoming. There are no lifts so be mindful of stairs if that is an issue for you - we were on the third floor and there was a floor above us.

The rooms here are HUGE. Having the toilets separate from the shower is great. The air conditioning works very well. The staff here are so incredibly friendly! The only reason we would give this place 4 stars instead of 5 is how poor the wifi was. We would connect for four minutes abd then it would repeatedly drop. This was very frustrating as we tried to plan itineraries, book outings, reserve train tickets, etc.

We would stay here again! Staffs are kind, very welcoming. Safe and quiet location. Rooms are clean and large, separate washroom from toilet. No elevator, luckily we were on the 2nd floor. Small hotel, no lobby. 5 minutes walk to Dotonbori. About 7-10 walk to Nippombashi Station. Lots of foodies around the area. Lawson and Family Mart are walking distance. Breakfast was tasty, healthy, pickled vegetables, miso soup, bread, cereal, and Nato light choices traditional Japanese breakfast.

Room is spacious and clean. I noticed that some people complained about the water temperature of the shower. I didn’t have any problems with that. There’s no elevator, but the staff is kind enough to help with the luggage. It is a little away from Namba station , but walkable and less crowded. Still plenty restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Definitely recommend this place and I’ll probably come back for my next trip to Osaka
