A good clean inexpensive place to stay for the short stay traveller. Free airport shuttle (schedule pickup before arriving!). Polite and helpful staff.
I loved that it was so close to the airport and there's also a complimentary airport shuttle. The location was also near eateries and some shops. The staff was also very courteous and compassionate. My grandmother was in a wheelchair and the front desk receptionist noticed and was able to give us a no barrier room so that she would have enough space to move freely.
Nothing really major to complain about. The rooms are small especially the bathroom. The highlights are the free shuttles to the airport and the front desk workers who are very nice.
Didn’t know Japan Transportation closes at 10pm ish. Flew into Kansai at night and slept until the trains began running about 5am. Super small and old room, even for Japan. I would not stay here unless it is seriously only to sleep.
The bed did not have a mattress, it was a hard board with a topper. Very uncomfortable for someone who is used to something slightly softer. Men's only sauna. Very nice.
This is the best hotel in my trip to cambodia, Japan and taiwan. Clean, quiet and great service
