It took a while to check-in as we need to fill out the detailed personal info in a check-in machine, also we need to fill out the same info again when you ask the hotel to keep your luggage before check in. The room is quite small, but there is a large public bath in the hotel, which is great.

Nice environment. Easy to access subway trains. Easy to walk to different restaurants and Dontonbori. Found a lot of cool places and yummy places for a quick bite just walking around. Small convenience store on the premises. Laundry was easy to use. Spa on site and nice bathroom amenities, they provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, cotton swabs, q-tips, a comb/brush, razor, hair ties, bath towel all nicely packaged in the bathroom. We enjoyed the large twin bed corner room, it’s larger than other rooms. Staff speak English. Dominos can get delivered to the hotel/ room but if you call from the hotel phone you will get charged for the call. Overall nice hotel and will stay again.

Only reason this property doesn’t score full marks is the cleanliness of the rooms, with more effort from the housekeeping they could be much better, dust all over the room. The location of the hotel is fantastic with the subway station entrance attached to hotel makes it a great place to base yourself while sightseeing.
